How I Use Feints In UNDISPUTED

I can’t remember if I mentioned it in the video but to do a feint in the game it’s Left on the D-Pad and then throw your desired punch. There is about a 2 to 3 second window before your punch goes back to default and won’t come out as a feint. The link to the controller I use is in the description. Understand the one I have is more pricey and it is totally not required to do feints but just makes it comfortable and more efficient. I’m also looking for a more affordable paddle attachment or controller to link you guys to as well. Thanks for watching the video.

The 2-3 second window is too broad, which is why the punch feint doesn't work particularly well in this game. I think using a cancel button to do it would make more sense, so maybe tapping block or something to cancel the punch animation as you throw out another.

The fact that you are lvl 35 without knowing how to go into loose movement is actually impressive. You press up on the D-Pad. The silhouette on your fighters hud will light up from dim to white. That’s when you know it’s activated.

They need to fix the R stick for punching and blocking, its not responsive enough , but most of all they need to fix the R3 issue for pushing . Blocking the body becomes a hinderance when your fighter unexpectedly pushes , and you lose all your stamina. Pushing should be LB/L1 + dpad direction or allow custom controls

I don’t have much experience using the right stick for much outside of using the push. So I haven’t experienced some of these issues. But they need to allow that push without as much stamina cost. That was very useful to me pre patch. The only issue was being able to spam it when dazed.

I played fight night champion recently and the R stick punching is so much more responsive than undisputed, I had to get used to using the buttons again which I don't think is ideal . The push is becoming a major pain in the ass while blocking body shots , why they don't have customized controls is really strange considering it's a sports game . All in all though , big improvements for us who like to box in the game instead of spamming punches since the update , a few more tweaks and it could be a great game .

Basically that video and my video destroying that Wilder after the patch got an insane amount of motion on the channel but my language and behavior in them wasn’t how I wanted to represent myself in the channel especially since I have young guys and different demographics watching. Having a tier titled “nerf this nxgga” just not really the move for the videos. So I will be doing the video again in a couple of months hopefully with a collab. But the foolishness not gone entirely. You can get that more so on the streams. 😂

You actually can. You have to go under controller settings on the ps5 menu not the game menu but it effects every game so you have to turn it on and off.

The feints are cool because you can basically throw a fake punch without using energy, but I don't think it's necessary. Your opponent here is swinging out the gate, and Frazier is hella slow in this game, whereas Holmes is one of the faster heavyweights with his front and back steps. The meta is to tire your opponent out by making them miss and attacking the body, if they're whiffing at air, then half the job is done already.

Thank man , I do have several videos and live streams against all types of opponents aggressive and conservative and I’m able to find a useful way to utilize feints against them all. My opponent was just very aggressive and I made him look clumsy with all respect to him. I don’t try to teach meta , I try to teach boxing because metas change.

You can use every single punch in the game to throw a feint. It works with all of them stationary or moving , you can even throw feint uppercuts. D pad activates the feint for about 2 to 3 seconds and throwing the actual punch gives you the animation.

Bought it a while back from a company that makes them. They sell the attachment separately but you would have to know how to solder and mod it yourself. I’m trying to find it now so I can link you all to the one I have and to one that is more affordable.

The best faint in this game in my opinion is keeping a perfect enough distance so that when you throw a jab to the body, you meet him halfway not all the way to the target but now you’re in perfect range for a power right hook whatever he throws in the process will be over your head because you went for the body first. I literally don’t go after them like crazy when I ring their bell because I know a flash ko will be coming with this technique ALL the time. When I ring their bell, I just dance in front of them and do a bunch of emotes. this technique got me real cocky in undisputed 😂

But if I do it 2x in the same round they throw the towel and u lose😢

Yo , you google paddle switches for PS5 you will come across the attachment but THAT HAS TO BE MODDED ON WHICH CAN RUIN YOUR CONTROLLER IF YOU TRY TO DO IT. If you want it done for you my controller cost almost 200 bucks but there are very cheap alternatives you can find. I’ll look and see if I can find you guys one and I’ll link it in the descriptions.

If your getting stuck let’s say when you are inside with your opponent and it feels like your in glue. Go to loose movement to move out and then go back to regular stance. No idea why that floor animation is there.

Nah man those are decent faint animations , they also definitely function like them. There are some unrealistic elements within game but that’s part of what I tried to inspire with this video. Thinking outside the box and playing the game not letting it play us.

Yeah no doubt. Slips are crucial in this game sad that they aren’t consistent enough. Was talking about FNC in stream last night and I actually think that has a better roster for my liking as of right now. Footwork and fighter uniqueness in Undisputed is definitely what sets it apart though.
