Yay! I was so happy to see your video! Okay, so I am going to say this: I am stepping away from my Hobonichi to an A6 Stalogy that I started earlier this week and I just can't get over how much better the bullet journal system just works. The pre-planned book makes me feel definite boredom and I feel squeezed and restricted. I am a mom, a full time student, I work full time, I have a house to run. Life is busy and the BuJo just gives me what I need, as I need it, and how I need it. The A6 Stalogy book is easily the best book I've used yet and that even includes the hobonichi books. Glad to see your video!

Yesss, me too, I think I tested out a more structured planner for a week last year and that barely lasted a week lol. Bullet journalling is top notch for flexibility 🤌🏻

Love this setup. Earlier this year I started doing my Bullet Journal in a Field Notes. Very minimalistic. I use one field note per month.

I hear you! I am also structured in my planning, which is why I have started a junk journal to let my creativity go. I do think simple is best and you showcased it perfectly! Thank you for the upload!

Beautiful! Really love this revised and streamlined set-up. Putting the photos, etc in the supplemental journal makes lots of sense. Nothing like going back to the basics for a fresh start. I'm doing the same. TFS!

New Kaitlin video yehey! Also placing my monthly calendar overview before I start each month's daily log just cause it's a shorter flip if I want to reference something from the other hihi excited to see you set up the next month! And you're right, it does get rid of the opportunity for boredom (and also gives us something to look forward to at the end of each month 👀😅)

I'm currently using a Hightide planner, but considering moving into my TN so I can plan on the go and not feel so fragmented in my to do's (they currently go 2 different places, sometimes 3). I am new to the Traveler's Notebook (I have a passport size one), and I am feeling out what I want to be in it, and how it will work for me together with my other journals.

Such a cute setup! 😍 what a brilliant idea to change out the Uni-ball one refill. Which Sarasa size refill do you use in the Uni-ball one pen body?

Thank you! I use the 0.5mm size refill

Do you use stencils for your monthly and other structured pages? I would love to switch to more of a buju style but mine always looks so sloppy. Yours looks so nice !

Where do you get your page marker? For the daily marker from? And the sticky tabs? I’m considering getting a stalogy now watching your videos! I use a pocket muji book but I love the thickness of this stalogy. Thanks for sharing! X

Hi Kaitlin, this looks great! Happy Canada Day Monday fellow Canadian. I also love Bullet journaling. I wondered about how durable the Stalogy covers are. Do you think it will withstand average daily use? I always get frustrated having to put a cover on hobonichis.

Hey! Happy Canada Day to you too ❤️ Awesome question, so in my experience I find that the only wear I notice on my Stalogy notebooks after half a years use is a bit of wear on the sides of the notebook cover (it’s hard to describe in writing but it’s kinda like the edges are a bit worn down/not as smooth as when you get the notebook). Besides that I find the side of the pages turn an off white colour but that’s about it! Ofc if you bend the cover that will show but I work from home so I don’t take my notebook outside of the house too often 😛

Why not use the clip to hold together the two notebooks? I've learned not to trust rubber bands after one too many unfortunate snaps 😭

Sometimes I do that too! Just fiends in if I have the clip handy 😛
