I love using water soluble media in books! I often activate with a colourless alcohol marker too - I find that if I'm worried about the effect of water on the page (buckling, bleeding through, etc) this not only stops that happening, but it's great for activating fine tiny details. Thank you for sharing

Have you tried the tombow blender for the watercolor? I heard that from another you tuber, can’t wait to try it.

You are aside from being a strong woman and someone that suffers from the some of the same struggles ... Amazin you are. I was in a near fatal car accident which left me with brain damage on my frontal lobe. I couldn't even draw a stick figure before but since I've picked up drawing. I suffer from extreme anxiety, bipolar and with being a Scorpio Libra mixed, well it can get quite interesting. Thank you so much for sharing what you do and I am glad I can help in anyway I can. I have a question, or a find out off you will. I have a love of tennis shoes so as I'm cleaning them and I'm spraying my protectant on them I get some on my paper. So I sprayed my whole page that I was coloring. And it made my regular paper watercolor happy .. it only takes a few mins to dry and it freaking works. I haven't been able to find any mineral spirits so I have to order some. So I guess it's a small art hack. Do you find anything wrong with this type of application? Or problems I might run into?

Hi Debi, watching you use these FC watercolour pencils couldn’t have come at a better time for me, as I ordered myself the full set last night - next day delivery so I’m hoping they will arrive tomorrow- you make it look so easy n get fabulous results (my kinda way of colouring aswell). Now would you use your FC Polys if you was going to go over the top to get deeper shading? Cheers Ness xx

Hello! Thanks for the video! Could you advise me on the best way to sharpen pencils? I've been trying to use a Faber-Castell sharpener, but it creates such a short pencil tip.

That looks great! Can I ask, where do you start on something round like the apples? I tend to get tidelines.

Iv found the quicker you work with the colour the less likely you are to get the lines. It’s easier with the watercolour pencils than watercolour paint I think
