I have an old deck from the late 60's given to me by my then boyfriend..never used them but am getting interested in Tarot and have seen some playing card readers or "Magi" methods with the suits...I was heavily into astrology, but don't have the motivation for that anymore ..want to use my intuition more....so glad to see this video!

I just bought this deck and I'm in love with it.. but what does the joker stand for?

The jokers come with the pack to make it a full playing card set. I think that in the booklet there is a way of using them but don't pin me on that! It depends on how you like to use this deck. Normally I would see a joker as something that would make the next card stronger. So I don't use it on its own. Let's say you want to pull 2 cards. Cards 1 is a dog and cards 2 is a joker, then I would put another card on top of that joker. I would read that card as a stronger more dominant version of that card because it is on a joker. But If you would want to use the gypsy witch as an "old Whiteman fortune deck" you are missing the disease card in this deck. You could then use a Joker to be that card. So it is up to you really if you would leave them in or take then out.

Diva Diva they are so amazing. I will definitely do a YT vid on them too. I have a method I do with tarot, oracle readings and hypnosis, so I will include the Gypsy cards in that session. I use them as oracle cards, not as much as Lenormand, since they have slightly different meanings. I basically use them as instructed. Although I have created a 5 card spread that's a quicker read than the traditional 16 card layout. I'm excited to weave them into my hypnosis method.

Ok I’ve been playing with this deck since I first watched this video and I just realized this deck doesn’t have a “cross” card so what would a suitable substitute be??

Hi Reiki Mike, We have already talked about this but for other people that are having the same question is here a reply. personally I like to use the "medal of honour" card as the cross card, but you can also use a joker if you like to use the medal of honour for something else. The decks comes with some jokers. I hope you have fun and let your creativity shine
