You do such a great job with these poses, I've been practicing anatomy recently too, some poses are just so hard to visualize, especially those in varying perspectives like you said. Again, I can't thank you enough for sharing your whole process with us, if you don't mind me asking, would you be alright with doing a video where you talk about which sort of brushes you use for shading, maybe talk about color theory and which colors you use to capture different kinds of lighting? I use Corel Painter 2019 and I don't know if it's just me, but I just can't seem to get a handle on how to blend shadows with any of these brushes. I'm fairly new to digital art, so I'm sure it's just something I'm doing wrong, I figured it was best to get advice from a more skilled artist like you.

hii, thank you very much! I dont know that program you use to draw so I cant help with that, I personally like to use low transparency brushes to add a natural shadows, but if you cant do that maybe try to add the shadows on a separate layer and blend them separately from the base color
