FYI, I live in an apto. in the middle of Miraflores, fully furnished for $500 a month. Five minute walk to the beach, every bus that I take to get around two-three minutes from me. You can find cheaper if you look hard enough.

Lima is the easiest place to find dates for a westerner in latin america hands down. My tinder was blowing up in that city and so many women speak decent english.

@@henry-5676 Just check out the American KZbinr who made 2 separate videos dedicated to each country, he asked out 100 girls from ecuador and peru on a date, far more peruvian women said yes to go on a date with him than ecuador. But ecuador's pretty easy as well based off my experience, mind you I've only travelled to loja and vilcabamba.

Auston, you've visited a small area of Lima. Miraflores and Barranco are most touristical areas in town, but this is a huge city. Just to name a good place to go, La Punta in Callao is a very pleasant one, even during wintertime. We also have an elevated metro system in place, like that New York once had. It is being expanded to other areas across Lima.

Great video, think about including the weather in your next video guides such as what time of year is the best to go (such as carnivale in brazil or january - May in Brazil), when it's rainy season, summer, or winter and how cold or hot it gets. Best clothes to wear to match the weather or locals/fit into the culture (such as flip flops in Brazil). Cheers.

Cool and later cold weather from May to October hot from November to Mid - April. Best time to visit, as a local, wintertime. During summertime everyone literally escapes from Lima to spend their holidays on the beaches south and north of town. Heat is not extreme, but it feels like that because of high humidity. Don't miss the UV protection and wear a hat while walking down the streets. Humidity also makes you feel colder than it is. Wintertime. is dark, windy and cloudy city. Homes have no central heating. We are fully clothed at home. It doesn't rain but it drizzles.

What people need to understand about Lima is that there isn't a lot of prostitution. As he said he will find your good looking Colombians and Venezuelans on the streets (kinda like what you see on Colombian and Venezuelan videos) but you know they are working. Peruvian women will not just be like trophies on the streets. If you want to find cute peruvian girls, go to NICE clubs, they will be there and don't even think about treating them like you would other nationalities, these are professional women who work and/or study, they aren't "working" at the club, so approach with respect and intelligence. Another thing people don't understand about Peru, is that everything is about class, so you will find ugly girls if you go to shitty places and you will find very good looking ones if you go to nice, fancy places like NICE clubs or bars (not restaurants, that's for friends and family). Forget about finding the cutes ones on the streets just walking around waiting to be picked up. A good Peruvian girl is a wife. As a tourist stick to Miraflores, Barranco and San Isidro and m venture into Centro de Lima for the historic value. You can go to El Callao but during the day only and with people, don't ever go alone. La Molina is far, it is the fanciest place in Lima, only gated communities with the wealthiest people living there, there are nice museums but nothing else.

I was in Lima 40 days same time as you. Actually seen you twice walking on the streets. Had not seen a video of yours yet at the time. Lima is a great city dating wise. The vast majority of the gringos there are staying 1-2 weeks max. Just a connection for Machu Picchu. This leaves majority of women frustrated for dating. 2 girls showed me their dating options on Bumble. Very sad indeed. There are plenty of 7s and 8s walking around. Not hard to find. Just as in any city. But there is a major lack of quality men for the Lima women. The competition here is extremely low. You definitely have an EXTREME advantage in this dating market. This goes without saying. If you're short, ugly, a dork, and socially awkward. Good luck. This doesn't apply.
@digolaverdad73135 ай бұрын
Lol it's not "quality". You guys are going to poor countries, that's all. Thanks to the US your 1000 dollars a month can impress working class people in poor countries but that's not because you have more "quality" as a person (let's face it, most of you guys can't even speak English like a human being and can't even read a book, what you have is thanks to the Anglo Americans who fed you). If you go to a rich country you get laughed out of the room.

The raw-fish dish you're describing is ceviche (my favorite Peruvian dish), made raw fish and/or seafood cured in lime juice, onion, and hot pepper with traditional sides. The leafy green in there is cilantro. The corn is choclo (more grainy flavor, not sweet like North American corn). There may have also been some sweet potato, and of course the ubiquitous cancha (Peruvian popcorn). The "milkshake" is leche de tigre, almost like a cold soup form of ceviche, at least in Lima. There are different versions in other parts of the country (e.g., in Piura, leche de tigre is served hot as a sort of appetizer and is just liquid, no fish).

His basis for leaving the United States was because of the western women there being insufferable. Honestly, that's why the majority of us are here on this channel in first place. Be real, you really mean to tell me that Auston's audience are merely just globally inquisitive and not trying to see the vibes from the foreign women that western men receive especially the ones who are black. Bro, it's time to take an honest look at yourself in the mirror or get your @$$ off this channel and head over to Wolters World Travelers vlog.

What do you consider a good price for a nice air bnb ? Most places in Latin America these days will run you anywhere from 1000-1300 a month. It’s almost the same across all major Latin cities. Doing my own research in Lima, I just found a place that was a huge 1 bedroom for 900 a month in a prime location with great reviews. That’s cheap. You got ripped off while you were there because you booked like 4 days in advance bro lol
