Thank you Sir for honest opinion. Normally CAs don't tell this tricks and you very well explained it. I think first 2 to 3 years you have to make struggle after it you have so many clients that you have to choose your clients whom to retain and whom to omit. In my cases when it's for final fees, some of my clients not receiving my calls from my number and when I tries from my friends number they are picking up the calls, it's very irritating. Collecting money from clients is very difficult. Sometimes they even don't pay the challan amount you paid to Govt.

Yes, Even i strarted my Tax Consultancy as Freelance level from past 3 years i am also facing same kind of difficulty. Collection of Payment from Client is a Major Task.....Otherwise to do tasks and Assisgnments or Projects is not a big rocket science. Even though we tie up with clients but after work we have to take frequent follow up from clients.....Some of my clients always delay my payment even of Rs 2,500/- for 2-3 months credit.

Jab koi Zomato swigy pe registered hai as a restaurant toh uske pass toh pehle se hi FSSAI ka license hoga na toh kaise registration humse banwaega. Ha renew karwa sakta hai but usne jisse pehle banwaya hoga usse hi normally renew bhi karwaega

I am wondering Sir that you told that you found numbers of restaurant owners from Zomato and Swiggy and started making food license for them at nominal fees so that they can come up you for GST etc. Now the contradiction here is that the restaurants listed on Swiggy/Zomato are already those who have FSSAI license. It is a pre-requirement for listing on Swiggy/Zomato.
