In 21:31 i dont think that hit confirm. After block stream Fei was too distant for dudley low.. but if Smug did a micro walk( like he did in past on SF4 old/gold tornaments) probably will h8t and confirm into juggles

Smug with Dudley in SF4 was superb like a real one with character...but in SF3s i dont see smug and dudley as one..i think that Smug dont have the knowledge about universal mechanics in SF3S like juggle limitations or priority and maybe need to trainning some Option Selects for Dudley like the super confirm OS and neutrals( Smug jump unsafe a lot, using that jump punch with strange hurtbox/hitbox, but actually everyone knows how to counter, prevent or punish...just like dive kicks from Yun/Yan, that was usefull only for frame traps going into side swap command grab...the same need to do with elbow drop jump from dudley...mind games is the best weapon in SF3s actually. For yun for exemple, i prefere "acidentaly" drop de genei jin combo looking for a reset; for real i do a real short combo with oki and then a long juggle combo for 3 or 4 hits after genei jin ends for a 1/3 SA bar refill
