Your charge cancels definitely got my attention. It's not flashy whatsoever (but surprisingly hard to do consistently, for me anyway) but you get a lot of mileage out of it.

Not sure if you’ve tried this method but I’ve found that using an extra face button as shield helps with consistent charge cancels on the ground as opposed to using your shoulder buttons. Love your M2 content btw!

@@owenklemenz8261 That does sound really helpful. Unfortunately, I have no face buttons I feel I can use for it. I used my 2nd jump for grab and set 'z' to special so I can fs disable better. I guess maaaaaaybe that means I can just use 'b' for shield, but I don't think I can get used to that lol. But thank you for the tip and the compliment on my content!

I would be interested to see him play against a good rushdown character. He does a great job of keeping people at a distance and maintaining safe shadowball pressure but I could see his strategy struggling against good a fox or a sonic who can close that distance. Also interested to see him play against a heavy reflect or absorption strategy like with joker, spacies or ness. I feel like the amount of shadowballs he throws out in neutral could backfire against those types. Still probably the safest, smartest and most patient mewtwo player I’ve ever seen! Very interesting strategy and so much down air as a combo starter!

What Anbil does better than anything else is adapt to the players approach options, i have watched him a lot, and the way he deals with rush down characters is very good

Excellent play, but I couldn’t help but notice there were obvious times to go for disable, such as when anbil chose to charge more sb and punish Ton with sb, and later after Ton whiffed a counter. Missed opportunities. I don’t recall seeing much disable use at all actually.
