What worries me is the value the community could bring, which is surely much less than the API flows that you provide. Perhaps I could get people to vote on videos for me to respond, create discussions on topics I'm about to take on, etc?

Thanks for the insight. I'm working on my own Skool community. Am curious Jack what you think of offering a free community first to build trust and value then encouraging them to move to a premium Skool community where they get more stuff? You seem to have gone straight to paid, mind you in your case you provide the same video in the Skool community and on KZbin, difference is by accessing the paid community you get all of the templates, community etc.

Incredible! I’m really curious if it’s possible running something like this by myself, or if you recommend having an employee or two on day 1. So much success in a few months, it’s so amazing.
