Nice plan however there are a few problems mainly with the Arkham hq Hail Mary plan: A. The size of the elevator is small with it fitting approximately 15ish soldiers that’s means that Batman is really only dealing with 15ish soldiers at a time B. The time it takes for the elevator to descend and ascend is approximately 1 minute and 9 seconds. Batman at the end of the game can take out 15 soldiers in a minute. C. Squading up is a smart move but like the Arkham Knight, you forgot about the fear multi takedown which when maxed can take down up to 5 men. D. He’s Batman lol. My improvements would be have the 191 already in the room squaded up doing close and fast rotation around the room. Have mines on the perches (because they can do that). And blow up all the grates with gernades (because they can do that too).Then he’s trapped with a room of almost 200 armed men with nowhere to hide and either has to fight his way out or try to reach the elevator, which he could possibly do which then you could rig the elevator to explode. And if he beats all that, welp, hope you like prison orange lol. Ngl tactically the rest of the plan works tho, well done!

4 man squads with each man watching another all armed with rifles and they removed armored enemies because militia is wearing tactical gear with armor by deafult but i still would have added them each room 5 squads of 4 armored enemies armed with rifles, mined/destroyed vantage points, mined vents where possible, snipers in each corner of the room protected by 2 enemies with shotguns and motion senseors going off if there's more signals than there should be

In the rooftops Batman could not attack and my favorite, Batman surrendered himself, got locked in a chair in the ending of the game with nowhere to go and it was Jason who saved him, why didn't they do it to begin with? Right after taking Barbara hostage

Unfortunately, Crane overrides the Weapon Systems because "Batman needs to feel fear" which is what leads to everything falling apart. If Crane intended to destroy Gotham, then he'd let Arkham Knight fire at Batman.

The way I would design the room in the HQ is this way: 1. Make sure the Batmobile cannot access it. Even if it is destroy, it would be logical to assume Batman has a spare. 2. Position at least 100 soldiers with guns at vantage points, prepare the area so that they cannot be taken out from above. 3. Put 100 soldiers (including brutes and medics and every type you have) on the ground. 4. Put Gordon in the middle of them on a chair. 5. Put small drones, sentry guns, and the sentry guns from the watchtowers with the 100 armed soldiers and mount the watchtower guns to the ceiling. This way, Batman HAS TO come in to save him. Give him a time ultimatum, too. Batman cannot overcome this. Even an endless stream of thugs can be defeated, not to mention thugs in waves. But this is too much at the same time while being bombarded by soldiers and sentries from above. Bonus tip: make sure all your sentry guns work in a closed system without any wireless connectivity. Batman cannot hack into them this way because there is no way to connect to them.

Honestly, this would be my strategy: Send a single patrol car with a henchman who we know will rat us out the moment Batman begins in, interrogating him and have him lead Batman, the Arkham Knight headquarters. Does Batman know this is all a part of our plan: When he shows up and makes his way to the basement, our entire military force will be waiting for him. He may be tough, but can you take down over 900 soldiers and 300 tanks without any time to prepare? And just to be safe lock down the entire entire building the moment we suspect one of our men has been knocked out so he’ll have nowhere to run. Maybe it’s not the smartest tactic to put all our eggs in one basket, but if we can’t take him down with 900 soldiers at once, then we wouldn’t have stood a chance anyway Now, sure, Jason and scarecrow don’t want Batman dead, but you don’t have to kill him. You just need to injure him to a point where he can’t fight back and can be easily restrained by several soldiers. From there, you can attach him to the gurney and broadcast his unmasking to the city. Then Jason can put a bullet in his head if he really wants to. Now we have to account for the possibility that Batman can summon his Batman family to assist him, but even if Nightwing and Robin are helping him out, that would still be 300 soldiers they would all have to take on each.

no look we make him follow the truck like how he does in the penguin mission bringing him to a second base where they do their training and get a fake arkham knight who got trained to fight and talk like the arkham knight prior to this (jason planned this for years) the fake arkham knight starts talking to the (imagine a certain dictator starting with H) talking with 200 soldiers in the room who have a feature in their suits where they can detect batman even if he uses smoke then they jump him. 20 brutes 50 medics 50 undetectables 80 normal soldiers added with tanks but the medics will make sure hes 100% alive so jason can torture and then kill him after broadcasting his unmasking to the city. And incase he brings the Batmobile we bring 100 tanks that have explosives that are specifically made to destroy the Batmobile. Knowing Batman’s plot armor we add in fear toxin so he breathes in 100% of it giving him nightmares of the joker making him think every soldier is the joker which gives us the time to knock him out. Lets say nightwing and robin come to help we will have multiple explosives to take them out (knowing how strong their arkham knight variations are they could take out 200 soldiers) i dont think he’ll kill grayson considering i assume they see eachother as brothers. Grayson might never forgive jason though. Hes killing tim 100% because he definitely holds a grudge against him for replacing him as the new robin. These bombs are designed to ONLY hurt or “neutralize” the target and not anyone near them he throws multiple at tim and 1 at batman because he knows batman has the greatest plot armor. He kills batman but somehow batman is revived by doing a ritual so jason exits the screen kills the player searches for everyone who works at rocksteady and kills them. If somehow none of this works jason should give up

All of that is perfect, but remember in Arkham Asylum how the joker put bombs on the gargoyles. So I would put booms and mines on ledges, vents/ grates, and gargoyles

A couple things you failed to take into account, Batman is impossibly stealthy and would likely take you much more seriously than he did in the original game since you're being much smarter here. Second thing is Scarecrow has and will actively stop you from killing Bats as much as he can, we know this since if you watch when AK has the helicopter pointed right at Batman it reads "System Override" on the screens. (Not sure if you were taking the actually room designs into account or not)

I think the main thing he failed to realize was Batman's back up tank. Most of his plan was relying on allowing Batman to progress as usual, destroy his tank, and then bombard him with the entire militia. All though he still would have his back up at this time. I guess still, I'd say they'd have a chance of destroying Batman's back up tank if they added all the tanks, drones, and including Cobra Tanks. Because those things are a pain in the ass. He'll have to priortize taking on baby tanks and drones while trying to dodge these locking on guns from the Cobra. And you can't even sneak around them while they've noticed you. All you can do is fall back like how he did against Jason's Cloudburst tank

It’s literally batman, he has stuff in his arsenal not shown in the games. The most obvious being an entire batwing (and he probably has a few spare). Also batman is smart, he won’t act the same against dumb opponent compared to a smart opponent.

Here's the thing... Batman isn't dumb. Even with the Arkham Knight HQ he would find a way around it. I can see two scenarios. 1) He pulls a Nick Fury from TWS. Fakes his death and uses a chemical to slow down his heart rate so you think he's dead and then because you're the Arkham Knight and you have a massive ego you would want ro see the body. That's when he makes his move. 2) He disguises himself as a militia soldier..the amount of soldiers you have doesn't allow for proper ID checking without severely limiting yourself 3) You didn't account foe the Bat Family. You still have Nightiwing Robin and Azrael as physical thrwats to deal with and Barbara shouldn't be underestimated either 4) How are you going to deal with Poison Ivy?

1) If Batman goes down, have your guys not take any chances and shoot him extra to take make sure. 2) If Batman is disguised, he won't be able to bring most of his gadgets or his Batsuit. So if he ever gets exposed, he'd be fighting with limited equipment. So you need some way of periodically and automatically checking each goon at random times with if something was up. For example, lets say each goon's suit automatically transmits their heart rate to every other goon in the area (something that's already in the game. It's how Arkham Knight knows when you stealth takedown a goon). Batman being Batman would be unusually calm even in stressful situations. So if you notice one particular guard having a low heart rate even in stressful situations, you have a good chance of noticing it's Batman. You could go a step further and add in ID sensors in the suits MGS style. 3) Knight, Scarecrow and Penguin did end up capturing Robin, Barbara and Nightwing in the base game. Hell, that's how Batman's identity got revealed. 4) Just make a deal with Ivy that if you stay out of our way, not only will we won't harm plants, we will give you the means to further protect them.

4:41 honestly this is one of the smartest things the Arkham Knight did. Planting these bombs means that any outside force cannot set foot in Gotham without forcing the militia to destroy all of Central Gotham. Not only does this stop the National Guard from coming in, but more importantly, it stops other superheroes from showing up like Superman (who we know is active at this point). Sure, some people like Nightwing were able to sneak his way in, but for the most part, the entire city is locked off. Although personally, I was the Arkham Knight, I would’ve gone farther with this. Playing some bombs on the bridges and detonate them both to make it harder for people to actually enter the city and as a way of showing that you’re serious about the dead nation threat.

How I’d do that shit > set up the poison Ivy trap > make the entire room hermetically sealable instead of just a chamber in the room > have guards posted up inside the room with guns, shock knives, etc > Batman goes in and kicks their asses > lock the room, have guards hidden outside room to barricade it from outside > deploy fear gas and Herbicides, to kill Poison Ivy, or just have her in a containment chamber that’s rigged to blow idk > blow up the clock tower to kill oracle, or have Arkham knight storm the place like he really does > swarm entire Chinatown block with cobras, diamondbacks, and rattlers > have thermal camera inside room to detect Batman > if Batman isn’t seen via camera, assume he got out, level the building > if he’s in there, gas the room for an entire hour, then have a team of 20 including the Arkham Knight to ensure he’s dead > assuming robin doesn’t know what’s happening, storm panessa studios and take him hostage, stage execution video > if he does know what’s happening, reinforce already existing presence further with more tanks, Deathstroke commanding them > whilst this is happening, scarecrow does his scarecrow thing at ace chemicals > evac in like 2 hours, 5 tops > scarecrow gets to see Batman suffer, Arkham Knight gets to see Batman die, deathstroke gets paid

I will say, although the back to back method is good on paper. There are a few ways Batman would still be able to easily overcome that: 1. Multi takedown. of course Jason would have no idea this technology existed yet, but as soon as he learns Batman is capable of taking down multiple opponents in one movement, they would need to change their strategy which would be difficult. The soldiers have been trained all this time without knowledge of Batman’s new skills 2. Smoke bomb. It doesn’t matter if someone’s watching your Blindspot if they can’t see 2 inches in front of their nose. 3. Gadgets. All Batman have to do is throw two Batarangs to knock them down and they would be easy pickings

I think the main flaw in this deployment and the arkham knights deployment is not the what and where things are deployed, but rather the HOW. If you know Batman has a no kill rule, why are you making the tanks unmanned? Put hostages inside them (or even better, put hostages in only a handful, so he’s likely to accidentally kill someone or second guessing himself / checking beforehand, buying you a couple extra seconds), or execute a hostage or civilian every time one goes down and scatter the hostages everywhere with no centralized system of communication or confirmation. Make it impossible to decode their locations in the time frame scarecrow set, that will break bat,and spirit and give you time to enact dozens of other schemes and plans. If your the Arkham knight, you know how Batman’s gadgets all work, use them against him! Get his thermal vision to detect false life signs in people, use ECM’s to block outward communication and his electronics, set-up analog bombs and mines in vents, set up in places that lack vantage points, or a million other things I could probably think of

One of the main arguments I've seen is "Put men in the Tanks". Sure, that'd work... for a while. Oracle eventually finds a way to hack into the Tanks and effectively shut them down/turn them against the Militia. Whilst, yes, it doesn't make sense for the Tanks to all be remote controlled unless they were never meant to be all that useful, putting men in the Tanks would only work for so long.

If i were the Arkham Knight, i would put a 'sheild' on every gun/device the Militias have (the sheild thing Arkham Knight has on his gun so Batman cant use the disruptor on it) and make sure there were Aerial Drones covering watchtowers so it would be hard for Batman to disable the watchtowers. If he gets past those, he would have to beat 10 ( more or less) armed Militia, in which would be hard since there would be around 4 Medics, so Batman would have to go for the Medics first. For the tanks, i would make them more *'TANK'*y (I’m so funny) so they would take a few more shots to destroy. For the checkpoints, i would add 5 of those tanks (whatever you call them) that are in a few checkpoints, and close off any route that the Batmobile could get in to and destroy them, and cover the corners with sentry guns + the middle, with hidden snipers covering the area. Now for the bombs, i would do something similar to you, but i would make them harder to get to, meaning the Batmobile would have to destroy some stuff to get to them, and that's where the problem for Batman would be, yes he could easily disable the bombs once he gets to them, and like i said, he has to destroy a few things, and i would be smart enough to have them close to building, so Batman would potentially destroy a few buildings. Next, we have the Cloudburst, i would try to cover any potential weak points, so it would be harder for Batman to destroy the Cloudburst, and if he destroyed it, well, then we get to the bigger stuff... The Arkham Knight HQ. I would have a bunch of snipers covering the entire HQ, and have a landmine under the manhole that Batman enters to get underneath the Militia, so Batman would be forced to take damage, and maybe add a sentry gun behind him, so he would have to react fast to blind the senty gun, if he does and reaches the part where he sees Gordon being taken, and I would quickly warn the Militia to switch channels so Batman cant use the voice synthesizer to trick them. And if he manages to somehow get past them, he would have to avoid what I call: "The Arkham Mecha" (That sounded better in my head 😭) The Arkham Mecha would come into the room from the roof and grab Batman, throwing him into the "fans", hopefully killing him, if it does, then I initiate "The Knight's Wrath" (also sounded better in my head) What this does is all of the Remaining tanks swarm the GCPD, shooting at it and then it finally crumbles down. If the "fans" don't kill Batman, (If he uses his Grapnel Gun to get out, ECT), he would be greeted by 13 armed soilders, all Medics, and if he beats them, we go to where the excavator boss fight begins, i would actually avoid the explosions by going to the side, and possibly catching Batman off guard, making him loose his grip on the steering wheel, so he crashes, and rubble falls ontop of the Batmobile, in which i would take advantage of and finally kill The Batman, and then i would initiate "The Knight's Wrath" (I suck with names) Where all the remaining tanks swarm GCPD and bring it down, in which we now win, tanks and other drones swarming all the islands as we take over Gotham.

I mean Batman could escape the arkham HQ. He doesn't have to fight the 116 soldiers. He could sneak around the air run into the elevator press the button to go up. Any soldiers in the elevator get beaten up. There can maximum maybe fit 10 soldiers in the elevator. They'd get beaten up. He'd then arrive at the rooftop were he'd be able to jump off and glide away. Without needing to fight. And if the Gordon and Barbara thing still take place that can also be dealt with. Batman causes a smoke bomb distraction so guards go there. He frees Gordon while taking out the remaining guards near gordon. Then takes Gordon to the elevator beats up the guards in the elevator. The scarecrow confrontation goes the same. And nothing would change. There are alot of ways for Batman to get past the 116 guards in the Arkham HQ.

If Crane wasn't so obsessed with breaking The Bat, you wouldn't even need all this. Batman would die just outside Ace. Obviously, you have to suspend your disbelief for the game's plot. Hell, the militia could could just switch to manned drones. Maybe they could tie soldiers to the drones too. Batman couldn't risk the lives of the soldiers, even if they are the enemy. I think it would be best if this change was executed about 60% through the story. Sure, Batman would adapt, but it would complicate things quite a bit. Here's how i'd take over Gotham as the arkham knight. To eliminate outside help i'd use 3 of the 14 bombs to blow up the 3 bridges. Then i'd have 11 bombs left. 3 of the 11 bombs would be placed in Gotham's 3 main islands according to Bruce the explosions would be big so it'd still work to keep outside heroes away. I'd put a guy in every tank which means Batman has the hold back this time because he can't kill them. Making it harder for batman to destroy the tanks without blowing them up. So i'd lose what about 300 men. Out of the 917? I think that was the number. I'd let batman take over the islands and when he arrives i have got the surprise for him. The last 8 bombs would be placed in the arkham HQ. I'd plant 200 men in the HQ each equipped with Detective vision blocking suits and be able to also spot it when batman uses detective vision. I'd plant 10 drones each controlled by a brute also wearing x ray blocking suits. Drones equipped with tasers. I'd plant 100 tanks outside of the arkham HQ. Have 10 flying helicopter drones surrounding the rooftop. Have 40 men on the rooftop. So while Batman is busy dealing with the drones and militia. I'd detenote the entire building with those 8 bombs. Killing Batman. If Batman somehow survives. He'd then have to deal with 10 heli drones and 100 tanks without a batmobile because if the batmobile gets near it'd get shot down by the tanks and drones instantly. Meaning Batman dies. And i'd shoot Scarecrow in the face just so that he doesn't ruin my plan. With that the Bat is dead. Then an assault on the GCPD get's launched using the 300 tanks 10 helicopter drones. The remaining 417 men. 717 if you count the men in the tanks. The GCPD is destroyed. And with that Gotham is now mine. And lastly i'd detetonate those 3 bombs on the island for good measure. Then call a meeting with the villains and order my men to kill them. And boom i run gotham now.

What i'd have done is have teams of expert soldiers attack multiple key points of interest at once, Batman, Nightwing and Robin together stop 3 of them, each stopping 1? Congrats, you stopped 3 out of 8 simultaneously executed plans. I still win 5 of them, all they'll have achieved is slightly slow me down. Or each stop 2 of them? I still advance 2 of them. And with the amount of resources Arkham Knight had, merely 8 simultaneous plans is very modest. There could be 40 simultaneous plans. Another thing is, releasing other villains from Arkham Asylum or prison and getting them on board with the plan, with well equipped goons supporting them, each villain commanding an expert squad of their own for each goal. And/Or paying each of them a couple million dollars to attack a certain point of interest, giving each a goal they could work on without disrupting our own plans or each other. Like, Riddler and Bane assigned to take down Wayne Manor and Wayne Enterprises, Penguin and Two-Face assigned to take down GCPD with their resources, with support from Arkham Knight's tanks, there's also characters that support Batman in the game because they're reasonable and Batman told them why they should help him, but could be persuaded to the opposite side due to the same reason, these are Mister Freeze and Poison Ivy. Mister Freeze could be convinced to help you by giving funds to help his wife's treatments, and/or getting him the guy responsible for all of it so he could get his revenge. Poison Ivy can be persuaded by promising and keeping a promise to protect her plants, maybe taking down some polluting factories elsewhere as well. Deathstroke could've been hired to train soldiers better, not just tactics but mentality and skills as well, or have his own personal squad of experts to hunt Robin and/or Nightwing. Batman i believe he'd just slow down, but taking down any or both of his sidekicks would break a lot of his will, and in any case remove a helper of his. Arkham Knight could've revealed Batman's identity as well, in the very beginning. His entire behavior/motivation in the game is essentially a tantrum: Being very upset and expressing that, but not finishing the job despite having had the opportunity so many times in the game. Point is, there's a lot of options Arkham Knight could've done but he was merely throwing a big shitstorm of a tantrum.

This is a really interesting scenario, but I can't say your proposed solution is too great. The Arkham HQ plan especially has tons of holes, like what if Batman blew up the elevator? Then your 191 soldiers are split up into digestible squads. My own take: Batman has said he considers his greatest weakness to be psychological, in regards to his rules & hero complex. Taking inspiration from that, and the Knightfall plan which beat Arkhamverse Batman in the past, I would set up a chain of hostages on timed bombs around the island, freeing one revealing the next in sequence. Jason could use his knowledge of Batman's patrols to figure out an ideal schedule, to make sure only Batman could realistically reach and free them in time, as he's much faster than his apprentices. This would need to be planned out beforehand on a need to know basis through verbal instruction, so there's no record of where all the hostages are and soldiers only know where their hostage will be, nobody else. To stop Batman from relying on his allies to free the hostages, they'd need to be guarded in varied and dangerous ways to stop the GCPD from helping, and other less serious situations would have to be triggered to distract the BatFam. To give us setup time and stopping Batman from getting the sense that we're totally wasting his time, there'd need to be "break" periods to let Batman have a bit of agency over the night again before another hostage chain starts. If we say every hostage accounts for an average of 5 minutes per rescue, we only need ~50 to keep Batman occupied for _four straight hours_ of constant activity rescuing hostages. If we assign a squad of four per hostage, this only occupies 200 of our soldiers, too. This is not only on top of all the other shenanigans the villains are throwing at Batman that night, but can enhance it, because we can predict Batman's routes and inform villains in advance so they can take advantage, resulting in Batman going into Deadshot's line of fire, or being in a basement when Scarecrow detonates the city-encompassing fear gas bomb. This would hugely magnify the exhaustion of the night, which in the main scenario already pushed Batman to the brink.

Listen so my plan would be for the three islands will be: Conquer all the streets and put more than 100 tanks in each state also i will get watchtowers in all the buildings they will be more than 25 people in each building and 50 men in some key buildings. Aftter that i would rise all the bridges so the batmobile would stay in bleake island. Also i would put many checkpoints in all the islands i think maybe 20 in each island with more than 30 people in it and 7 of them would be medkits. I would put bombs everywhere so batman woudnt get anywhere with the batmbole. Also the bridges will be protected by the cobra tanks and(also 10 drones will be watching them) and we will have over 100 men in each bridge watchtowers which will be guarding them. In the game we only had 12 drones in whole gotham but I will have more than 100 drones in order to secure each island and i will put more in order to protect the men in the watchtowers maybe 5 in each watchtower the other 100 drones will be roaming in the islands (not 100 in the whole gotham but in each island) also i will give guns to all the thugs in order to roaming the streets with guns so it would be harder for batman to be able to deafeat me as Arkham Knight also i will increase brutes everywhere (checkpoints watchtowers etc.) Also the base for the milittia will be 10 times more heavily guarded than whole gotham so batman wouldnt be able to get in. I will also sabotage batmans secret base in the movie studios so i will go in there and free harley queen and put her in control with many of her thugs along side with the militia if will put more than 50 people guarding the outside along side with tanks cobra tanks watch towers checkpoints bombs so batman wouldnt get access to his base. Also the ACE chemicals will be heavilly guarded, the blimps and the big towers 20 times more than the movies studios and gotham. It took me so long to write this so please dont hate if i misspell something wrong thanks for your time

I dunno how to tell you this but your entire plan to kill the Batman was just to put him into a combat arena with a large number of enemies, then throw in more enemies in waves to reinforce the original units. Assuming he couldn't escape, which is already a *massive* oversight, all you did was create a challenge arena from the base game with more guys. I'm sorry but if you put that in the actual game I'm pretty sure there would be strategy guides on how to beat it posted within three days, and as a reminder Batman is canonically as good as the best possible player. You didn't kill Batman. You didn't factor in Scarecrow's interference and sabotage. Assuming you genuinely did just shoot him in the chin the second you saw him, the fact that we're working without cutscenes that make you fuck up for narrative reasons you probably aren't even going to get a shot on him.
