A GBU 57 precision guided bunker buster can penetrate beyond two hundred feet of concrete prior to exploding. The GBU 28 is capable of 100' of penetration. The US sent many of the GBU 28s and BLU 109s (100' and 50' of penetration respectively) What people also need to remember is that all of these bunkers have entrances that start at ground level. They don't have to necessarily penetrate the bunkers 100%; if they collapse the entrance tunnels, they can turn these bunkers into tombs for the nuclear material and workers, thus containing the nuclear radiation threat to the area. If Israel's survival is on the line, they have the ability to turn Iran into a sea of blackened glass. They are a high tech, nuclear power.

Not a viable scenario IMO. Israel doesn't have long-range bombers, and its neighbors won't agree to have their airspace violated. It would be no easy task flying tankers over those territories, and Iran will get a heads-up from any neighbors that don't want to be punished economically for complicity with Israel (or from Russia). But aerial refueling is only one challenge. Where would the aircraft rearm? Moreover, the Fordow bunker is about 90 meters deep. Iran is a massive country, and short of nuclear weapons or some form of EMP attack, I don't see how Israel could logistically paralyze Iran with a direct attack like this. Not enough resources.
