I found the ideas you shared really useful for my own life - when it comes to areas of my life such as finance I put pressure on myself to set ambitious goals but it stresses me out, so I'm going to set goals which make me feel relaxed and not overwhelmed

omgggg i sent a dm to your ig about our similar goals (because in the screenshot of mine of course there were some other personal things) but that’s insane ahhhhahah 😝🤭 also i’ve been waiting for you to post this after your reset live because i remember my original word was going to be something like “blossom or bloom” because i had sown some good seeds this year (a pat on the back for me) but i pondered and landed on the word “momentum” instead because that was more in line with the general “growth” that i was trying to convey but in a more “building on what i’ve already set up for myself” way as well as encompassing the idea of continuing to sow more good seeds this year. anyway just wanted to update you on that! loved this video as usual and can’t wait to see what seattle will be like for you in the new year 🫶🏾
