This video popped up today and I had an unexpected desire to click on it, I used to skip many of your videos before and took me a while to really start seeing them and subscribing, the truth is that you kept appearing on my recommendations everyday (the universe must have been like "come on just hear him) The way you explained this was perfect. I think the reason many people struggle is because when they feel certain emotions, they automatically label them as dictators of their reality (how I feel = the way my reality is unfolding). A feeling is just a feeling at the end of the day, and by perceiving them as more than just that is basically telling yourself that the script is terrible - that makes you forget about the original creation of what you desire until the day you realize you're giving the power of your attention away to your emotions. Emotions are experiences. Thoughts are ideas. Imagination is creation. Knowing who we are is the bridge between all of them. Imagining your desires makes you be able to know they exist, that knowing accelerates the time between the thought of them and the experience of having them = the feeling.

i was just listening to that particular lecture a few days ago. i can't remember exactly what it's called at the moment, but before this occurrence in his life, he wasn't using the Law at all. it propelled him into learning the Law and then teaching it. also, Abdullah told Neville that he would "die" after that trip. he didn't mean Neville would literally die, he meant that the "old" Neville would die and be a different person upon returning. prior to that trip, Neville had been a vegetarian, celibate, and did not drink or smoke for about seven years or so (if i remember correctly). on the return voyage, back to New York, Neville began eating meat and he drank alcohol again...he says he tried smoking, but it was something that never appealed to him and he never took it up. anyway, thanks Tom!

exactly. don't resist the intrusive thoughts because what you resist persists. allow them to be there as long as they want without white knuckling them away. the general population has had a higher level of anxiety and with that comes negative thoughts. our brain is able to rewire happiness and your able to have less resistant thoughts. it takes patience and repetition to teach your brain we are safe and don't need these alarms blaring all the time. when we are stuck in fight or flight because of many past life stressors in the body and mind it starts sending alarms that are resistant. thats it's job. there's nothing wrong with you it's just your brain keeping you save and being elevated.

Hi Quantum! If you are affirming from a place of wanting and desiring while feeling the absence or lack of what you want-then you will only create more lack. Remember, it only matters how you feel while doing any process. If it feels good and feels like you are experiencing your wish fulfilled now-then you are creating what you want. If it doesn’t feel good, you are likely creating an unwanted reality. The key is to always move from desiring to aligning with your desired state and reality. Yesterday’s video unpacks that for you.
