It's hard to describe the best thing about Indonesia. You just feel it. Their energy, their smile, their friendliness, their modesty, their helpful hands, their humility, their tenacity - how persistent they work, their family-orientedness. It just makes you rethink about yout life goals once you're into them. One thing I learned here is, that happiness doesn't have to be luxurious or expensive. It's simple. "Nongkrong" with friends in a local coffee shop, playing football in the village, spending time with family, that's enough.

The best thing about living in Indonesia is I still can survive without money, I can go to the masjid (mosque) to ask for food and water, also you can enter the Indonesian forest to find something to eat like cassava, banana, even chicken. The people also really kind especially the villagers. "If you wanna have a good experience with Indonesian people you need to respect them"

Heartfelt vid Kristian. . . I lived in Indo for 10 years, and it is truly full of the most diverse and wonderful people & also places, on land, and under the water. . . Changed my life, changed me for the better too, it does that to everyone who comes and opens up to it's wonders and charms, and explores what it has to offer. . . 17,000 islands of beauty and magic, most of which are uninhabited. . . I feel I will need 300 yrs or more to explore them all. . . Blessings. . .

I want to tell u something about Indonesia, but Idk how to type it in english so ill write it in bahasa instead, i hope u dont mind. That is as far as i can tell u about my country and my people, i hope this story could also help you (and others who read this) to get to know more about Indonesia. Terimkasih

It's all about appreciation Kris and to accept the differences. I agree with what you said about Indonesia, as soon you start to live there, and get to know deeper about the culture and people, and yess Indonesia it's not only about Bali, there are more beautiful places like town, islands etc to visit. And that's why, what I miss the most with my country is the warmest of the people, hospitality, everthing looks easy, there's no stress and there's no time to be worried about ( as living in Erope, time is here like pressure for me, I need to look the time with everthing I do or did). So I'm glad that you like Indonesia then it's an amazing and beautiful country in the world to me 👌🌍😇😊🌞
