Imma just over analyze this situation for no reason. Since inosuke has lived in the mountains without anyone who truly showed kindness to him, if not extremely minimum, being given something like a tray of food where he can eat anytime, anywhere, and as much as he likes, and this tray is specifically for him and no one else's is a very big gesture for him, and making him feel touched and that someone cares a lot about what he like or what he wants. Inosuke didn't even remember his mom until the final chapter, the boar bring him up in the mountain and the Oldman near the mountain teach him stuff. He doesn't really have friends on his ages until he met gonpachirou and zenitsu. Don't you realize how fond of him into gonpachirou especially after the fight against I think against the upper 6? That's why when aoi treat him like human, he feels good about it. Besides, people who didn't know him see him as freak especially with the boar hat and his antics 🤣
