This is the rare sequel that moved me even more than the original.

I love knowing how this scene was crafted and also the whole idea behind it. When I went to see it, most of us were adults in my showing and that was pretty cool to see. These last scenes really hit you hard because I think we can all relate to that anxiety feeling, some worse than others, and it was so well portrayed in the movie that you could not help to be moved by it. Pixar did an amazing job in this movie, so the amazing success is well deserved 👏👏

All jokes aside. I have severe anxiety, especially at night. It causes me to have really bad insomnia. Days at time without sleep. It sucks

I'm sorry to hear that. Just wondering, do you have a TV? I find that having a TV severely adds to my anxiety. At the end of a hard days work we need to totally relax and listen in to our thoughts while we still have some energy to deal with them in a realistic way. Watching TV at the end of the day simply buries those thoughts under a jumbled mass of overly stimulating images and characters that have no relation directly to our lives. Instead of watching TV go running, cook a healthy meal (with extra for a few days) or read a book. Philosophy books work best for me as they expand on ideas we all have and help to address the complexity of what it feels like to be alive. Behavioural psychologist call it a keystone habit. Change one significant habit in your life and it will have a positive ripple effect on every other aspect of your life. And it creates a positive feedback loop, whereby the benefits are tangibly felt, improving exponentially as you go forwards into your own future. Sacrifice has to be made in order to make an improvement. Something has to give. But we feel as though we should do what everyone else does in order to fit in. This makes it hard to implement positive change. IGNORE THAT WAY OF THINKING! Make the change YOU need to make in your own life and flourish. Good luck.

My favourite movie of 2024 so far. My little cousins and I saw it last weekend, and all greatly enjoyed it.

To anyone who doesn’t understand, this whole place is an animation studio, or what an animation studio used to be, with desks that had animation discs attached to them so animators could do animation on paper, long before digital options became mainstream, and this scene, basically screams the industry’s disrespect towards hand drawn animation.

Great movie, I had low expectations but it made me ugly cry . Good job

Sure the film was exactly like the first movie but it exceeded my expectations and I do believe Inside Out 2 really brought back the feels to Pixar and that they hit it out of the ballpark. 10/10 for Disney/Pixar they need this win and I'm obsesed with this movie right now as a film buff and lover of animated movies like this

this movie had such a MASSIVE impact on me as a 25 year old girl who’s struggled with anxiety her entire life 🧡🥹 made a video on my channel all about it.

For the life of me I can not comprehend how they can voice Anxiety as just generic white girl voice. Literally no effort in to the voice to make it special. If the character would be designed the way voice is done, it would be a grey rectangle.

if they did an Inside Out about Joe Biden it'd be like the monkey in Homer's head with the cymbals
