The joke about baby Susie being already 18 is not a pedo joke, it is because Bonnie has been pregnant for so long! Haha The joke about death and super death is because in the days of the one child policy of China, families were focused on getting boys and there are horror stories about baby girl being killed.

China have long favoured sons over daughters for mainly economic reasons. The sons get the family surname. Daughters are loved but they blatantly prefer sons as men are seen as the breadwinners.

The joke "hard to believe she's already 18" without context is screwed up but in Family Guy Peters friend Joe Sawnsons wife Bonnie Swanson has had an ongoing gag where almost since the start of the show she has been pregnant with Joes son, Quagmire is being entirely honest in the scene saying shes 18 already as she's been in Bonnies womb that long, the scene right after is out context as well I forget exactly why but Peters wife Lois made him do it over some beef she had with the daughters mother I believe.
