Later, in 1991, due to the disintegration of the Soviet Union and United Nations sanctions, the country completely closed its doors and became poor. Koreans, like all East Asians, are an intelligent, disciplined and hard-working people. As long as one day the sanctions are lifted and the country opens up, I believe it will be the fastest growing country! The Chinese have never underestimated North Korea!
