Seriously though I like what Sarris doing. He played Hamsik and Diawara either side of Jorginho at Napoli. Hamsik is more of an attacking threat like a Ross Barkley or a fabregas and Diawara is more of a shuttler. Kante needs time to learn this shuttler role and I thinks it’s a good sign that’s already good at it. I think he’s only struggled when Kovacic plays because there isn’t as much unison as neither Kovacic or Kante are attacking players.

Drills and practice will make you positional awareness stronger but execution is something you need to have in yourself. U can't teach Kante to score scremer or pick a Fabregas pass that's like asking hazard to track back. Personally I think against parked defence we seriously need to bench kante. His 90 % potential is kill there and there

Shreekant Tharwal I agree with you 100% but Diawara wasn’t that sort of player. He would brake things up and act as protection for Jorginho not in a matic way where matic would cover the back 4 and allow players like pogba to roam but he gave Jorginho space when they had the ball and tried to win it back off of it. I agree that Kante can’t adjust to play attacking football but I think Sarri will adjust to Kante and learn what he can and can’t do. I wouldn’t be surprised to see RLC or Barkley come in permanently to play with Kante and Jorginho to relieve Kante of his current attacking duties. It might even be worth Sarri changing to a 4231 and playing Kante deeper along side Jorginho with maybe Barkley or maybe William in no.10 although they would need to help out in defence

Sarri's methods are good but he has to take care of the back more. It's OK to use when playing against most clubs but Sarri will have trouble with more defense-minded clubs. He had problems with West Ham that was playing defensively. Then when West Ham went on the counterattack, Chelsea was vulnerable. Can do well in the league though because most clubs in the league don't play defensively (unless they're playing against Man Utd). Liverpool won't win the league. They don't know how to park the bus and protect their advantage. They're going to run into trouble playing against clubs that play defensively. It will lose matches with the big clubs. Sarri's games can be easily found out. He uses the wings a lot - Alonso does a lot of crosses. The key to beating Chelsea is protecting the wings. The other way Sarri attacks is directly at the front, with Hazard. Hazard dives a lot, so clubs have to be careful. I would suggest parking the bus when playing against Chelsea and scoring on the counter. So long as you seal off the sides and put extra men in front of and around Hazard, you have a good chance of beating them.

I think at the moment Jorginho is where he is because he knows Sarri's style and he is there to control the game. Perhaps when the team has settled and there is no need for him to be that type of player Kante could be back in his usual role. I have been watching and I see Jorginho calling players, indicating who to pass to etc, granted not so much as he was in the first few games but he is in that position for a reason and unfortunately Kante has to be put in a position he is not used to. Personally his main problem is finishing and I think with practice he can become better at it but we need Kante. He is smart enough to know when to drop back and when to be more forward.

oldmansouthside if you compare his role under conte vs sarri you will see last season kante was very good helping the defense and covering the whole pitch, but now he is limited to covering the right side because Jorginho is a better distributor at cm; I think if we play 4-2-3-1 or 4-1-3-2 it would help our defending much more specially against counter attacks

In a proactive playing style, as the Sarri's one, every midfielder needs to have good technical skills even the more defensive midfielder (an example of this is Allan from Napoli, difensive but capable of attacking and pass the ball decently)

Well actually, the truth is, Sarri only is unbeaten because of Hazard. Hazard makes Sarri's system so well because the 3rd man runs, link up to break lines, his flicks, only wish Golovin arrived instead of Kovacic. Sarri is a top coach but he seriously needs to rotate in order to actually improvise his methods. You can say a year is good, but he needs to prepare in order for that year to take place. We aren't using possession as well because there's too many similar profiles. Kante, a proper that has little worth against deep blocks, Barkley should be playing more no doubt, Azpi needs to get dropped when we get Cedric.
