What happens po if there was no official election and the trustees of a nonstock corporation are just interim. Can they still collect fees? Proposed a budget? Or even make an agreement in behalf of the corporation without the approval of the majority of the members? Can they impose rules and regulations as well? Or even amend by-laws?
