Very good video of my hometown, it was a pleasure to see the Chile De Arbol growing, when I lived there in the seventies, I used to go to Rio Colorado to pick up Chiles. I have lived in northern California for the past 40-plus years, and I visited Yahualica in 2021, I have a great passion for salsa, and I am making my own here in Nor-Cal. Bro you missed one of the most important things!! It’s called a “chorreada” it’s like a pizza but sweet, kinda like a dessert made with piloncillo. If you ever go back… ask for a “chorreada con queso” you gotta go to the old school bakery’s that still run the ovens with wood. The cheese they use is from the farms of the region… amazing!!
