Someone gave me a Saudi copy of the Quran in the early 00s, when Saudi dawah funding was in full swing. Such a bizarre translation it was, too, with so much extra room for the encouragement of hatred. The obsessive use of parentheses and comments regarding (Christians and Jews) caused me much concern, especially when I found the additional words (tanks, planes, missiles, artillery) added to surah 8 60. So I am happy to hear of the cessation of Saudi dawah funding. Ayaan is one of the most wonderful people I have heard speaking. May her message be understood and heeded by billions of people.

Faith without action is dead faith. The main problem with many of us, including yours truly, is that after confession and saying few hail Mary's and our father, etc, as penance, we may confidently believe we are on our way to heaven. And this process is repeated every Sunday. This is normal for all of us are still in the flesh and without being truly born again, baptized by the Holy Spirit and Fire, mentally renewed and dead to the carnal self, we are helpless against the wiles, deception and seduction of Satan aka Lucifer and the world. We need the resurrection power of Yeshua and the resident Holy Spirit, with the Blood of the Lamb of Yah, our personal testimony and courageous heart to stand on the Truth of Yah's word to overcome the Devil (Revelation 12:11). Could we earnestly say and meant it 100% like Paul, " For me, to die is gain, to live is Christ." Let us continue to pray for one another that all of us will be counted faithful by our Lord and Personal Savior, Yeshua HaMachiach aka Jesus Christ. kiiiYah!!!
