I first read of Dimona in the book " Operation Uranium Ship" 😂 and also learnt of the name 'Moshi Dayan' after reading "90mins at Etembe". It is very likely there are a number of countries that have nuclear weapons and never reported they have them. Any country that is using nuclear power can very easily refine the expended nuclear fuel in to plutonium and or in to highly enriched uranium that can be used in nuclear weapons. There have been some people saying countries like Japan, and Taiwan may have nuclear weapons. They have nuclear power plants, and have nuclear scientists who would have the knowledge that is necessary. We will never know for sure if this is true or not...
