Even if the technology to “intercept” a projectile with that speed and maneuverability did exist, being invisible to radar would make such technology irrelevant. To add a little perspective to the matter, Hwasong-16Na flies more than twice as fast as a railgun (6711 mph). Diplomacy (peaceful negotiations) is by far, the better option, if at all possible.
