I was doing this in the body before I knew about these codes and slowly over time things started to change within my consciousness and my body was waking up and then BAM I had a kundalini awakening! Didn’t have a clue what was happening and ended up with years of unconscious material and trauma all trying to release at once 😖😫 I ended up at the mental health hospital! I’m 2 years fast forward and it is still very challenging but I am starting to see that this is a gift and I’m trusting the process 🙏🏻❤️
