You forget to mention one weakness of Yagorath, well kinda ''weakness'', it's super eazy to burst headshots on her, because it counts on her chin, yep the tip of the chin, you can burst insane amounts of dmg with little effort aiming there.

Here is another fun fact about Yag, even though Out of Time reduces the time you spend in Harden it does not reduce the the max damage you can do with it so you still do the max 1100 damage but in half the time.

I understand the comedic value of the video, and some cons of the champ have been pointed out, but I think Yag wasn't fairly shown here, especially when it makes people say "dis game's so bad". Yag is easily countered by so many champs, basically all AoE based + damage champs who can headshot + specific counters. It's way harder to play in any decent level game. Trying to play around counters with her is a lot of fun and takes quite some thinking. And basically any champ will feel broken if you have a support friend pocketting you the whole time. If you play casual games with decent friends, most games will be an easy stomp no matter what you pick. Yag in casual with random players definitely doesn't feel as tanky. And Furia isn't really the issue, Seris or even a good Damba can do exactly the same. Not trying to be offensive AT ALL here, but when we see your stats, your games with her didn't go as smoothly as it appears in the video, even while playing in premade and winning a lot. Just saying, a lot of people will definitely just end the vid thinking it's just another broken part of a broken game, even though I assume it was made for comedy, and Yag really isn't that busted :)

Fair points. I do personally think both yag and furia need nerfs in certain areas though, primarily furia though. That one is far from a joke. If you take a look at some of those games, the kills might not be looking good, but the dps is pretty nuts when you get pocketed. It's not about her getting kills, it's about wasting the enemies time trying to kill you, which...I mean, we were playing against top 10-20 gms in that match history too you know. Yag as last pick in ranked can also mess you up pretty bad.

Without my healer I'm dead in a matter of seconds. I have life steal quills and other self healing, but against 5 enemies you dont stand a chance. Yagorath, as I'm sure many other characters, are very good when they have a constant healer on them

I was incredibly excited when this character first came out, mostly because I liked that Evil Mojo was willing to experiment with mechanics that where put together in a way that makes the character more interesting than another "shield and sustain" tank, and I have a fair amount of patience, so even in sight of what can go wrong with this character I didn't immediately get upset, also I absolutely love her aesthetic. However now that the character has actually come out I have mixed feelings, on one hand I like the character for the same reasons I listed, as well as enjoy the experience of playing the character aggressively (mostly because of the nontypical system for her movement, I probably enjoy Drogoz for a similar reason, movement with him is just more interesting than normal characters). On the other hand I understand that she's strong, that she's not fun to play against for most. I suppose at this point I'd just like for the character to be balanced in a way that most would be satisfied with, I would like for her to fit in with the other characters as balanced enough for players to not be yeeted into the abyss for picking her, however I'd like her to still stand out and be interesting mechanically.

Unfortunately, the thing she does different from the rest of the champions, can't really... Exist in paladins. Either you make her weak enough to just burst murder her, or strong enough that she can stay on the point as long as shield cycling champs like khan, which angers flanks.

This was such a great video! probably the best one to date, informative and entertaining. TBH before Yag fully came out and i heard of her being able to be like this mobile sort of tank through rolling I was excited and expecting something like hammond from Overwatch. However she didn't played that way and I was severely dissapointed, I also felt that her rolling controls and transitioning from that to turret mode felt really clunky. But after a few months I guess I got to understand her more and I can now see her and her optimal playstyle in full, she can be really fun. I do enjoy playing really aggressively so its fun to roll all the way up to the enemy spawn and harass the healer. Deep down I still feel that Yag could've been more fun if she was more mobility and skill focused by getting damage through performing mobility based moves. But this works ok too. IMO she's overall 7/10, mostly carried by her visual designs but shes fun when I wanna be brainless and/or want to harass the enemy team with friends. Can't wait to see your thoughts on Octavia because I actually love her a lot more than I thought I would! -J

I run the shielding talent to support my flankers and then play her as offtank. A good team comp just snowballs through the enemy backline. I get to make a ton of space that way, almost always guaranteeing the W.

Drog does pretty well against her. Spit damage vulnerability plus fusilade rockets/volley can melt her pretty quickly, and jets lets him keep up with her for long enough to confirm the kill where other champs couldn't.
