HOW IT'S DONE: Hardlines on Accuair Air Suspension 2010 Honda CRV

Here we have a complete air suspension installation. Client decided to go for Accuair Switch speed with D2 Racing struts and UA Air bags. We added a kick to the setup by adding Hardlines,, A way to show off the ART in air suspension and just to make it more interesting for the average person to see. it's a show car by the way, not many people would understand lol.

Your title says "How to bend Hard lines" but you didn't, why not? Why did you put that on the title but not put it in the video? FYI, people click on your video to watch how to bend these lines and they watch the entire video to the end but you never show it. It ticks people off. I doubt you care because if you did you wouldn't have a misleading title. When I come across videos like this I don't even watch the rest of their videos, even if it's something I'm interested in. I may have missed it and definitely not here to bash.but why is there no check valve on the compressor line.ive definitely not done any where near the work you have when it comes to air ride.but I’ve always been told to run a check valve because the tank could bleed back into the compressor.and it puts unnecessary wear on the compressor.your work is gorgeous and I’ve learned a little while watching.like I said not bashing

How to bend... go get a tubing bender and bend your lines the way you need them pretty easy. And then for flaring get a flaring tool and flare it like you would a brake line. Measure twice cut once!

Did you have to flare out or fit the wheel wells to get the cr-v to drop soo low? I'm about to have a 2016 CR-V done, but as I'm looking at my ride, there doesn't seem to be room to drop it as low as the 2010 in this video.

yes, this is not recommended due to the soft O rings inside ptc getting damaged by the hardline , but this is the cheapest route compared to compression fittings

Your choice of electric terminals.....No to what you used...The barrel is open ended and allows moisture to contact the wiring. Step up to a Crimp /Shrink terminal like used in marine applications.

So... im not trying to be a kill joy but no check valves and filters for the compressors? Also no venting for fresh air for the intake and cooling? These things are gonna over heat and struggle. Gonna ruin the warranty for sure.

a c Also, the leader hose is there to take a lot of the heat the compressors put out. A PTC fitting shouldn't be used so close to the compressor, and I especially agree with you about the use of check valves.

also you only want to use aluminum/copper line where there is no movement/vibrations or it will crack, so aluminum hard line going to the compressors like that is not a good idea.
