The "String" is the person in the relationship who is attached to The Kite and is more grounded and has to sometimes tug at the kite before they go flying off. But they definitely BALANCE each other. Listen to the episode when Kev & Liss are talking to Tab & Chance... Really good episode. But Liss has referenced this analogy many times. Hope this helps🙂

Food for thought: there are lights and there are light post! A light needs the stability of it's light post to be able to shine as brightly as it does.
