If you rewatch Naruto. Might Guy was so busted he could not be used. When the leaf was getting jumped during the exams. Most people were bruised and tired. MINUS GUY. He wasn't even scuffed up. Vs Itachi, he mentioned that he pays attention to the movement of the body so well. That when he fights Kisame later man twitched and got bodied. Guy is probably top 5 in the show but we never knew.

That is debatable, but remember that it’s harder with Itachi since he has multiple ways of putting people on gengutsu without using his eyes

@@8BitGamer4life itachi can put people in genjutsu by pointing at thier visions like he does to Naruto in shippuden when he gives him shisuis crow. guys method of looking at feet wont work if itachi points his finger out at his eyes looking at the ground as anruto does the same method and still gets caught. and guy can be put under any of itachis genjutsu because his whole method of looking at the feet of sharingan users is because their genjutsu will work on him.

@@hikarimemeirooficial fair. But it’s never stated that it’s difficult to learn jutsu of an “opposite” nature. And water is right beside fire on the chart. You could argue that it’s impressive that Itachi is this good at water style, if it’s not his chakra nature. Like everyone can learn a simple dirt wall jutsu. But that’s not the case here.

To this day, other than because Kishimoto's script demands it, we still don't know why Kurenai thought using a tree genjutsu on an elite genjutsu user would be a good idea. Genjutsu on that level never works on Itachi. Nice video.

Still amazed even to this day so many people dont get the fact Jonins like Guy, Kurenai, Asuma never met itachi properly and never ever saw him fighting. Only Kakashi knows him well cause of Anbu days
