An important aspect of Jacques Tati’s style is its visual and aesthetic power. From compositional balance to symmetry to how he directs our attention, every shot displays an impeccable sense of detail and artistry that is uncannily beautiful... albeit in a philosophical way.

In that first description of symmetry, you ignored the fact that the man in presumably in charge was seated normally, whereas the to gents to either side of him. side were seated al a lower level, and in chairs which limited posture and mobility. That's addressing something quite different.

this narrator needs speech and voice lessons, breath control, enunciation, etc. Hard to listen to. No inflection, no intonation. I guess anyone can make whatever they want these days . The info was interesting, but with someone who knows how to narrate

That criticism is absolutely ridiculous. I found the narration to be spot on. Clear and not at all monotone. I sincerely hope this unfounded criticism does not discourage future production because this was fantastic. I'm recommending it to my film students.
