His daughter works for a political marketing firm that's been paid $4 million by Joe Biden's campaign. He has denied every defense motion and has refused motions for him to recuse himself from the case. He is biased 100% and is a partisan soldier for Joe Biden. He is the very definition of a conflict of interest. It makes the New York Court system look lunatic and 3rd world.

You’re looking at people that are lying to you right now that you support and you’re not acknowledging it. Every witness exonerated President Trump in this trial and yet the a judge will not declare a mistrial in this case. This judge has donated money to the Democratic Party and his daughter is a democratic associate(?) who is raising money on this case for the Democrats. That is a conflict of interest for this judge. He should never been on the case. Judges do not insert their opinions about what witnesses to call. Our political system was not created to be Weaponized against presidential/political opponents or the people of this country, the citizenry. @getsome5012 If it can happen to donald trump that he gets held accountable for committing crimes then it is a good thing that you or I or anyone else can have that happen to us if we commit crimes because that is how our society is supposed to function and the reason we have laws to start with. Any other person on this planet would have been thrown in jail at least 15 times for things donald trump has done and rightfully so but trump has not been held accountable for anything that any of us would have been immediately arrested for. Jan 6th...trump should have been arrested as a domestic terrorist and held until trial without bail. Stealing classified documents lying about it then getting caught redhanded with them and many folders were empty missing the documents and those documents still have not been recovered. To top that off a foreign billionaire admitted that donald trump told him top secret information that he then shared with at least 45 other people... that should have landed trump in Guantanamo Bay to be sleep deprived, threatened with vicious attack dogs, and waterboarded until he said where those missing documents were and they were recovered. All the times trump violated his bond release terms and violated gag orders(at least 11 offenses he was found guilty for but there are many more than that)any of us would have been arrested immediately for...he should have been arrested and held until trial.

I get that Trump supporters didn't like seeing him go to trial for any of his 4-5 indictments, but that is how are justice system works. If there "is no crime" then the jury should have an easy time acquitting Trump. Why are his supporters so worried?
@lolalopez7657
@lolalopez7657 23 күн бұрын
It doesn't work that way. Do you really think there is a jury in Mamhattan who WONT find him guilty? These are charges are so out there, that legal analyst don't even agree on whether there was a crime or not. This trial in particular even has some liberals scratching their heads, but the ends justify the means. If it means getting a conviction agai st Trump, then it's ok. The law should be blind, on other words, at least charge him with an actual crime. He has been charged with things so far out there that no one has really faced this type of charge. He was charged for paying hush money to stormy daniels and not disclosing it. What is the point of paying g hush money in a sex story if you disclose it? How many politicians have done this?
@fredrichardson9761
@fredrichardson9761 22 күн бұрын
@@lolalopez7657 If it were that easy to find evidence to convince a grand jury to indict then I would think the GOP would have had dozens of indictments out by now for example against Hillary. But as Trump has found out, without evidence it is very hard to get a case to trial (as he attempted some 50 times in Georgia). By the same token, when there is an overwhelming amount of evidence it is very hard to make it go away. Trump tried very hard to conceal the fact that he was using campaign donations to pay off Stormy Daniels - he was desperate to have that story silenced before the election. Why he used campaign donations is beyond me.
@larrykavanagh5197
@larrykavanagh5197 22 күн бұрын
@@lolalopez7657you obviously don't understand the nature of the charges. This is an election interference case, the hush money is only a minor factor, the cover-up of the election interference by false accounting practices is the more serious aspect of the case against defendant Trump.
@larrykavanagh5197
@larrykavanagh5197 22 күн бұрын
@@lolalopez7657the evidence against defendant Trump is so overwhelming that I doubt there is a jury anywhere that wouldn't find him guilty. The election interference crime was committed in the State of New York, therefore the court case is happening in New York. If Trump didn't want to face trial in New York he shouldn't have committed the crime in New York. Are you suggesting that an impartial jury should be selected from the membership of MarALago club?
@lolalopez7657
@lolalopez7657 22 күн бұрын
@larrykavanagh5197 what election interference crime did he commit in NY, that is not what the trials NY were about. This trial is about paying out hush money to Stormy Daniels and not disclosing it. So I don't know what you are talking about. Last time I checked Palm County is heavily a democratic county so your suggestion is off, but NO he cannot get a fair and impartial jury in Manhattan...
