I had a triple negative diagnosis in 2001, many tiny spots in inner upper quarter of my breast, not in lymph nodes. Had a lumpectomy, and radiation and opted against chemotherapy. No recurrence in 22 years. Now live in a city with two good hospitals, both of which offer free exercise programs for cancer survivors.

August 1 2017 I was diagnosed with TNBC, had chemo , surgery and radiation. After only 1 1/2 years of being cancer free. February 19, 2020 I was diagnosed with Liver and Lung cancer same cancer as my breast cancer triple negative again. Now we just do what they call maintenance chemo, gaved me one year to live. But we all know who has the last word.
