Consulting psychiatrist ( anti anxiety medicine with no side effects ) medicine takes atleast 2 weeks to show results so dont loose hope. 2. Going to mandir everyday 3. Reading Shri Hanuman and Shiv Chalisa 4. Following Bramhacharya 5. Doing Yoga 6. Doing body weight Exercise 7. Clean diet. 8. More Water 9. Planting On my Terrace. (Nature helps a lot).
