Executing unknown files like this can also inject keyloggers that sends every key phrase to hackers but in this case it seems like hacker also stole browser local storage where google saves all device/session history. Using Mac or Linux is one way for safety but still not 100% guarantee.. For unknown files from completely unknown person, its better to use virtual machine. Windows also has a new sandbox feature for this reason. Btw, Glad to see him good mood again..

Cookies share info with server so websites can use it to store temporary sessions, target ads etc and its completely safe.. Because raza executed hacker file, to basically hacker ko system files ka access mil gya, like daku ko ghar ki keys mil gai, now he can rob his personal files, browser local storage etc to another pc anytime.. Jo easily Google ko bhi fool kar sakta ha 2 factor authentication ma. Like raza mentioned 1st time execution ma kuch nai hua.. hacker to tab hi access mil gya tha but softwares are also smart these days, usually wo tab hi activity karte hain jab pc standby pr ho, use na ho rha ho..
