This is great to see it in action. I do something similar but not as fast and no count. I really like those ideas and can't wait to try them. How old do you start this type of speed training? My older kids can do this but my 5-8 year old, may need some adjustments. Thank you for this and more about kids programs.

@al7asher Жыл бұрын
Thank you professor for the concepts, I will definitely try it
@nceezie Жыл бұрын
Do you use this 123 concept to show a chain of moves or do you also use it to show a individual move? For example, for and individual move like scissor sweep would you break that 1 move into 3 easy parts?
@BIGOSS.JIU-JITSU Жыл бұрын
I like to show a chain of move always ending with submissions. The Scissor sweep I don’t have to break down in few part. But you can break down how to get to a scissor sweep position and then sweep to mount things like that. The simple we keep for them faster they will learn

How do i get the kids to drill consistently when they don’t want to. What do you do to recapture there attention when teaching
@paulnguyen992 Жыл бұрын
Thanks Prof Marcos! Two questions: 1) what was the kids age group shown in the video, and 2) would you deploy the same 123 to kids aged 3-4 as their attention span is more 50/50. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Prof.
@BIGOSS.JIU-JITSU Жыл бұрын
No for the little one they won’t get it so I do little different. I use animals name like today was double leg plus guard pass for my little ones, I lined them up facing their partner, one groups is Tiger other group is panda. I put 1 min time and see who does the most double leg takedown and who does the most guard pass. It’s fun they do super fast.. I will film soon about the little ones BIG OSS

Hi prof you got any tips for teaching single private lessons with toddler age 4-5?
@BIGOSS.JIU-JITSU8 ай бұрын
for sure, you need to start slow, like don't focus on a lot thing at once, keep tracking what you teach, will help you and them a lot, use animals name for the techniques, they remember a lot faster. ex: don't say pass the guard, say pass the crazy legs something like that.. i will film some videos like this for you all, BIG OSS
