But sadly I don’t eat them any more, they’ve taken some sugar out of it and now you can taste the cocoa, after the second bar from a 4 bar snack I get sick, it’s very sickly now, so come on put the sugar back into the Kit Kats please or I just don’t buy them again.

That made absolutely no sense you took out the cocoa butter just to put it back in😅😅😅😅😅😅???????????!¡!!!!!!!!
@RaymondHngАй бұрын
The process of extracting cocoa butter and then reintroducing it in the manufacture of chocolate serves several important purposes. Cocoa beans contain both cocoa solids (non-fat components) and cocoa butter (fat). During chocolate production, the beans are ground into a paste called cocoa mass or chocolate liquor, which naturally contains both. Extracting the cocoa butter allows manufacturers to separately control the proportions of cocoa solids and cocoa butter in the final product, tailoring the chocolate's flavor, texture, and melting properties. Different types of chocolate (e.g., dark, milk, white) require varying amounts of cocoa butter and solids. Extracting the butter allows precise adjustments to achieve the desired characteristics for each type. For white chocolate, only cocoa butter is used, without the solids, making this separation essential. Reintroducing cocoa butter in controlled quantities ensures a smoother texture and better melt-in-the-mouth experience. Additional cocoa butter helps reduce viscosity during chocolate tempering, which is crucial for molding and coating processes. Extracted cocoa butter that is not used in chocolate can be sold for other uses (e.g., in cosmetics and pharmaceuticals), maximizing the value of cocoa beans. By adjusting the fat content, manufacturers can optimize the cost and quality balance of the product. The extracted and purified cocoa butter is more stable and less prone to spoilage, ensuring the chocolate's shelf life and flavor consistency. By separating and reintroducing cocoa butter, manufacturers achieve the versatility and quality control necessary to create the wide variety of chocolate products available today.
