Actually, I think that his tips works for straight hair, and asian hair (usually straight and thin), but obviously most of his tips don't work for curly or afro hair. It's understandable because those type of hair are so different. For example, when he said "wash your hair everyday or twice per day"... Ouch... It's really damaging for your hair, even for straight and thin hair. Because if you wash your hair too often, your scalp will produce more and more sebum to protect your scalp from the agression, and at the end of the day, your hair will be more greasy. It's a never ending loop. So I don't really agree with his tip. Plus, it's not dirty to not wash hair everyday for curly or afro hair at least because those type of hair are naturally really dry, so curly hair or afro hair don't become greasy for days. So really, I have curly hair and I can attest, my scalp don't feel dirty at all and my hair doesn't smell bad even if I don't wash them for days (like 5 days) or else my family sure would have told me lol. But I can understand that it seems dirty for people with straight/wavy hair like Krboy because those type of hair tend to grease really often (my mother has straight hair so I know about it)

I have curly hair (between 3a and 3b) and I have to wash it everyday with shampoo. I tried to cowash but it just doesn't work, and not using any cleanser at all is impossible.. My hair barely gets wet if I don't use shampoo, it gets coated in water and weighted down but if i just shake my hair it will dry immeadiately, it's really weird... The water just doesn't get in the damn strand

Just to note, the tips he gives will really depend on your hair type. In Korea, and most of Eastern Asia, people generally have type 1 hair, which is the straightest type. Straighter hair is usually much thicker and more durable than curly or wavy hair, so use these tips with caution. (Straight hair can be fine too tho, again be aware of you own hair type) Don't shower your hair often if the curls are very tight. I am asian so I don't know that much about how to care for curly hair, but I have heard there are differences so I'm giving a warning haha. But if you know how to care for your hair already, but just want to add some of this tips to your routine, then feel free to do so! Again, I'm not an expert~
