Passion and values are deeply interconnected. You can only truly feel passionate about things that align with your core values-those principles you live by and hold sacred. Passion isn’t necessarily tied to a profession; rather, it’s your talent and skills that determine your professional path. As you develop and excel in your job, you mold it and make it your own, guided by the values you stand by in life. It’s through this process that your passion naturally emerges, driven by the alignment of your work with your fundamental values.

I look out for this kind of a platform to hear more of woman role models in other industries someone like Kiran Majumdar perhaps, even a young Navya Nanda. In many cases, hard work compounds to nothing and it’s difficult for someone to acknowledge when they are successful for reasons that are either beyond their comprehension or too frivolous to come up with given the stakes are too personal and too high. But it swings both ways, for the interviewer and the interviewees, calling people to the show based on their face value brings in more listeners. If they can come up with smart answers it’s a -win otherwise the show must go on…

Her being stayed in the industry hugely depends on her looks rather than her talent. Having said that, she is an ok actor. It's not the best but descent. But she is here because looks + luck. Nikhil was trying to find the logical reasoning in all the points in her answer that couldn't be properly justified by Kriti but that's okay, we all fail to do at times. No need to think that she is dumb just because she couldn't give you a rational answer at this particular moment and when the same question was asked to Mr.Bachan and Marlon Brando they had also given some answers in the similar direction but that doesn't mean they are dumb.
