Somebody mentioned mr Fuji here. In fact, without mr Fuji backing K1 in thick and thin, only God can say where k1 would be today. Was it when K1 son was about to be killed in the night in okota that barrister was woken up around 3am, or when some area boys wanted to kill k1 himself that barrister was called and said they should rather kill him first. Or when k1 was vomitting blood and he came to his rescue again. Up til early 1990s, K1 was still drawing from barrister's music. Even many tracks in talazo 84 were directly taken from barrister's live plays. Every star rise from the shoulder of an established star. Even barrister too was mentored by obey commander. Why is k1 doing yearly celebration of barrister if what you are saying is true? So, let us not be too excited as a fan and be saying what we don't know cos it can fall back on us. K1 shall reign until his last moment by God's grace. He is a global superstar

Someone like this Mr OYE cannot last in K1 band regardless of how he disbanded the band as he said.. K1 is someone with a big ego and OYE seems blunt or vocal but OGA MEJI OLE GBE INU OKO Ogagun Mayegun. Having said that; I love his boldness though, lastly @NigbatiTv kudos always. To those defending K1 about what he paid his band members should be enough for them to feed their family, most especially the drummers in the team, can anyone point out any of K1 band members that are doing well or that can show exactly what they have achieved in their years of service, even barrister band members to Kollington and very least of any Fuji musicians? They are all nothing but a self centered, they are also greedy and selfish.. The band suppose to have their sharing formula and also entitled for royalty on each and every albums they featured in.. Because it is a division of labor organization.

In all honesty, I perceived an Egoism & Narcissism in this Drummer answers. Your Boss is your Boss, K1 is very smart by incorporating " The Altimate Music " with CAC and the story changed. The band Boys was expecting the conventional "Apapin, but they forgot K1 is the CEO of The Altimate Music. Oluperi was smart and is more 3 years he has returned K1. You Guys has overrated yourself by Always say onilu ni Oga olorin and that's where your prides are from without knowing the story has changed. Musician can oftentimes get better Drummer, but difficult for Drummer to get better Musician when needs arise. K1 hasn't done anything bad because he has been operating his Band corporately, Taxes has to be paid however small it is. Lawyer, insurance. Accountants are involved. How many of you were paying any Tax. I can't blame K1, the whole story changed during Benson and Hedges, Shell petroleum etc. Without incorporating The Altimate Music, hardly could him do any contract with these Multi national companies and you Guys expected him stagnant his conventional Fuji and the Apapin stuff. There's nothing wrong for K1 to treat his band boys with good pay since he cannot sing with keyboard alone and expect the same fame with his music. So, in a nutshell, it's quite obvious that most huge money sprayed for him/all Fuji musician in abroad are stolen/fraud money. Everyone knew this as they were not 9am to 5pm worker in abroad but for this man to have confirmed it here is big deal to people with good ears. Some Nigeria with thief mindset sa!

Visa denied got nothing to do with Barrister. US decision to denied them visa was based on guilty by association which means wasiu was close to most notorious Nigerian criminals in the US on his first trip to America. ( Drug dealer and 419).
