This technique was applied in the 1980's Hip Hop Culture and eventually, applied in the mid 1980's to NYC's Club music. Mickey Garcia, Tony Garcia and Elvin Molina integrated it to their polular Club tracks such as Cynthia's, "Change on Me" under Mic Mac Records
