Kim looked so beautiful when she was pregnant. Who cares about swollen feet and it being stuck on the internet forever? She was pregnant and she was enjoying being styled or styling herself. Kylies pregnancy was definitely a secret. I feel it's so weird for her to go several months with the world speculating and thinking that would make her pregnancy safer....I would have been scared once I saw it on TMZ. Surprisingly, she was left alone, but I think it would have been just as easy a pregnancy if she said she was pregnant and wants privacy.
