this cliippers defense is so fun to watch.. way better than offense.. IF you can stop opponent from scoring,, its so fun to watch and increases chances of winnning.. physical, tenacity, and defensive toughness implemented by JVG is incredible.. I want the clipperes to play like old school 80 basketball.. CLAMP CITY BABY!

Reminds me of my Knicks in the 90s that Van Gundy coached. Their defense allowed them to compete in every game against anybody. I'm loving it!

I want to give a shout out to my bestie “Carl” he said this three years ago that the only coach he thought could either be a head coach for the clips or on their coach staff was Jeff VanGundy!! To give them an identity. And Jeff was working for the networks at the time. He said he has the defensive blueprint for this team. Well, my bro was right. Definitely think guys like T Mann, Bones, and of course PJ are on the block. I think the young studs like Kai Jones and Jordan Miller are safe. But other young guys like Kobe Brown might be packaged in a deal for more dynamic two way options.

I’d look at fringe guys like his teammate Jonathan Isaacs, or vets like Dorian Finney-Smith or Jordan Clarkson. Bro imagine try creating a shot off the dribble against Kawhi, Dunn and DJJ switching on the perimeter then if they somehow if you get past that you have ZU and Bamba altering shots in the middle. Kawhi under JVG is going to to be nice. The Klaw in this switching scheme will feature on defense On offense harden is going into the paint forcing a collapse and he then kicks it out to the open shooters as a result.
