I work at a music venue. Up to 40 bartenders on a sold out night. A lot of them don’t like me because “I’m a flair bartender” to the point where we had a staff meeting to seize flair because “we don’t do that at that venue” I only got about 15% of this guys skills, I don’t even do it on purpose but when I’m in the weeds I go into a zone and I can flip bottles fast & easy with a flick of my wrist and can shake the tins to a rhythm. That’s about it but my coworkers still think I’m a show off. Wtf
