Global corporations have now taken control of many industries. Companies like Walmart and the Dollar Stores are gutting the last of the money from our communities in America. At the same time, companies like Cargill and JBS take every advantage that they can from smaller companies.
Local based businesses definitely care more about the people, the environment, and the economy of the towns they live in that the massive companies named above. It's time to start changing the current atmosphere by building businesses that create wealth for families and the communities we live in.
This is the story of a man who is doing just that.
Make sure you join my community at www.skool.com/... for more videos, exclusive content, and to find those who are creating local products that we can support.

You cant support them enough. Monopolies crush them with size and volume. Monopolies were stopped back almost a century ago. They've worked the system against us. The global economy is fixed. But its not working for small business. Only the consolidated monopolies. Its why Schwab said, Its hard being god. Do the math...

You have to get Americans to pull together first. I have found this to be difficult for other issues like affordable housing. They throw up their hands, and say what can you do? Some of these people will soon join those in our streets. If this doesn't indicate the health of the nation due to money power, capitalism and greed. Nothing ever will.

I hope enough of you read this comment, and understand where it's coming from, and take it to heart. I was born and raised In the industrial Midwest. At 16, I moved to the Idaho panhandle. I spent several years with loggers, ranchers and farmers. I also spent almost two decades in Portland, Oregon. I'm now in my mid-50s, back in the industrial Midwest. After years of working as a trash man, truck driver, heavy equipment operator, etc. I have never stopped trying to bridge the gap between the urban Roots that raised me, and the rural connections, that changed me. Literally everything I'm seeing in this video, and extremely smart conversation, just reinforces my faith and belief that anybody who cares about this kind of situation has more allies than they could possibly realize. But before we in our nation can stand shoulder to shoulder against the extremely wealthy and powerful, we need to stop caring what church you go to, who you want to marry, what color your skin is, and recognize that the issue around guns is 100% different depending upon what zip code you were raised in. Some of the attitudes and viewpoints in this country are 100% based on the neighborhood and community in which you were raised. This doesn't mean those attitudes are wrong, it means that the conditions that surround us are different, and therefore the policy solutions will be different. The 1% has done an expert job of obscuring this simple fact and making sure that those of us who have more in common will never stand shoulder to shoulder and fight to make this country as prosperous as it once was. Please understand that I'm not exaggerating, when I say I have heard socialists in Portland, Oregon identify the exact same problems these gentlemen have identified, and recommend the exact same solutions. The propaganda machines on both the left and the right, have convinced us that our fellow Americans don't want the same things we do. Fair compensation for a hard day's work, and the rewards of the American dream for all, for generations to come. But make no mistake...Wall Street and the billionaires have been burning the bridges between us for decades... and it's going to take patience and hard work to rebuild the connections we've lost. Our enemy is not the individual you can name... it's the system which makes the moral and right choices unprofitable or unrealistic. And for those who believe civil war is the best path... look at history. Every time a revolution takes place... the people who sit atop our backs at the beginning, become our masters after the revolution. ❤🇺🇸

Not many suburban gals can say that! I'd love this to be my life aside what I do which is art. I want to learn how to grow my own food too. It's terrifying. But in the long run, we are supporting the people & businesses we are going to need to save our soils and food . We all need to stand up together to these big comp. Who wants to control the food market ect . The FDA is not doing their job by not requiring every chemical put into our food. We need to know because it also affects our unborn children. Some of these chemicals actually effect our DNA. Thank you for the informative video. It's so hard now to find people who aren't afraid to tell the truth. Thing is, most don’t go off of quality. The difference of a steak from Ranch Food Direct and from a local grocery is night and day. When/if you find a steak of the same quality, you will pay as much, if not more, and still won’t be supporting local small business. Far too many people go direct to price, and don’t consider quality when determining the value. Have worked directly with Callicrate Manufacturing, and knowing everyone involved, and with Ranch Food Direct, you can’t support a better group of people.

The call for less government is exactly how we've gotten where we are. The problem isn't how much government, or what government does, what matters is who's controlling the government. You see, "we need less government" is the Battle cry of Wall Street, as the government is the only one with the concentrated power to stand up to the corporations. Because the people in the world who actually work and build and move the products, have been convinced the government is our enemy, we have taken our hands off the wheel and let corrupt billionaires run the show, while soulless lobbyists write the legislation that makes it easier to for monopolies to expand, consolidate and destroy the fabric of our nation. So no, government is not the problem, the fact that people like you and I stopped viewing the government as by and for us, has done nothing but make us weaker and more fractured. I want ranchers in charge of the BLM, I want pig and chicken farmers in charge of the farm bureau, I want local independent grocers and nutritionists to be in charge of the FDA. If we had that, your legitimate grievances would become a thing of the past.

I grew up in the mid to late 1960’s, my dad had raised ducks and rabbits in the backyard so that we had meat on the table. During winter he would also go ice fishing and we always had plenty of food to eat as well as our own vegetable garden, I miss those days. I wish I could have raised rabbits meat again

I buy all my meat locally. We have two independent grocer's who sell local beef, chicken, pork and lamb. It is all healthy grain and grass fed. It is worth the extra couple of dollars, (and that really is the price difference.) There are also new companies popping up like Good Ranchers, that are American homegrown companies, started for this very reason. Great and informative. Thanks to the Creators and all who participated! I'm sharing!😊😊😊

I think the farmers need to build power plants and operate indoor farms during the off seasons. The power plants can produce water, CO2 and fertilizers for the farms as well as other by products to supplement the business.

I am interested in ALL Americans and how ALL Americans are being hurt like this. Please remember, it is not just farmers and ranchers that are being attacked like this. It is all sectors and business and Americans that are being attacked like this and we ALL have to work together.

Years ago, when I graduated (1999) with a degree in agriculture in Oklahoma, I wanted to start a restaurant/farmers market so people could eat local beef and buy local produce, but I didn’t have the money to start it. I also believed, and still do, that restaurant employees and the producers could buy into the business so it would become a co-op, owned and operated by the employees and producers (ranchers and farmers).

Trinity, what you’re showing with this topic has real similarities to what they’re saying on More Perfect Union and Robert Reich’s channels. Can real campaign finance reform and limiting the insider trading keep legislators from staying in office too long and giving civic minded citizens a chance to serve? Seems like instead of more legislation, government needs to enforce rules already in place. Like the Sherman Anti Trust Act.

Absolutely astounding! The great wealth of knowledge, about the food industry, that you bring to light! I used to farm, raised hogs, many grains, but my favorite crop was sweet corn! I used manure, and beneficial insects! In sweet corn I released tiny wasps, so small that 5 could sit on the tip of an ink pin! A one time purchase of 5000 insects, at 15.00 dollars, including the UPS, overnight red shipping, would keep the ear worms population down to the point, that if you could find one worm, in a dozen ears, that was to me a heavy infestation! I’ve composed for over 30 years! I’ve preached that anhydrous ammonia, is a killer, and a great concrete mix, as was mentioned in this vid! If you buy fertilizer from the store, and say it’s 10-10-10(nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium), that’s 30 percent nutrients, 70 percent filler, or industrial waste, full of toxins, like lead etc. A good compost, for every penny spent is doing something great in the soil! Florida State University, back in the 1970-80 era, showed a 70 percent, less water used on onions, with a god compost used! I’ll stop their, as I don’t know how, or where to stop! Thanks for great vids, Trinity!

This is super interesting. I grew up on a farm 11 miles from St Francis. Calicrate must be about my age. Remember when they got several investors to start the feed lot. We butchered our own beef & hog every year, canned & grew a large garden. 11 milk cows with raw milk. Our hogs got 30 gallons of warm raw milk on top of cracked corn daily. Good life & didn’t take over from dad. Big mistake.
