Why the scar tissue won’t need to be fully mature it doesn’t give a more chance for nerve damage ?

Ty for the video. I had a FL in 2020. Doctor removed sideburns/ , bad scars, pixie. ears and blunted tragus. (Look good from front although my eyes look smaller even though I had nothing done to my eyes.). Same doctor did a mini lift 2 years later to correct scars and pixie ears. I look the exact same. :(. Is there anyone who could help the blunted tragus, pixie ears and scars?). TY
