Govt Of India has done a lot to support dialysis patients. There are many govt led dialysis centers providing free dialysis to poor people. Transplant is cheaper option

Bro I would suggest you to come in south india specially in Chennai and take proper treatment ...I think probably yet you are not in dialysis .so the modern medication can slow down of your kidney damage progress up to 10 years.after 10 years you may need dialysis .but you can avoid dialysis after 10 years by transplant ..which lasts for so long
