Wadjemup Rottnest Island is accessible via a ferry ride from terminals in Fremantle or Perth. You can go for a day trip or if you wanted longer you can stay in accommodation to have access for multiple days.
Rottnest Island is well-known for its marsupial inhabitants, the quokka and getting the illusive selfie with one is a quest in itself.
To get around the island and visit the destinations you can either cycle or buy tickets for the hop on hop off bus.
We spent the day beach hopping and snorkelling at some of the beautiful beaches around the island.

Yeah that’s fair enough. We looked at how much it costs to stay overnight and couldn’t believe it! Plus, no one wants to leave their fur babies for too long.

Great Video Guys. The electric bikes seem to be a good idea to save time. The normal pedal ones are hard on the legs if not used to it. The scenery was amazing.

We had a great time on Rottnest recently (we had the pedal bikes to get around). Would have loved to stay overnight but accomodation is far too expensive for us on our lap 🤣 Should have this video edited in a few weeks! Nice one guys
