I would love to listen to this but the background music is so overwhelming that I can't pay attention to the words being said . Rethink how much stimulus you give the brain - I was interested in reorigin but thus is second youtube I can't actually listen to so I haven't looked into the program .....back to gupta I guess? I hate being negative but with a hearing impairment less background is necessity

This was exactly how I was able to heal myself without understanding this was a process my body naturally worked through these three stages to relieve the anxiety that occurred after a large amount of significant traumatic incidents. The anxiety occurred directly after the fight, flight, and freeze states completing as the fourth stage. Never having experienced anxiety before it was very obvious when it hit and the most uncomfortable feeling I've ever had so I worked tirelessly on relieving it and it took about six-months. Going back and forth out of freeze and anxiety was the process. Acknowledging the trauma to the forefront was bringing in the anxiety. What a contrast from heavy freeze to energy surging anxiety which was effectively relieved through exercise. Some would have suggested that exercise for two-hrs a day five days a week was excessive but with the amount of trauma stored in my body and the release causing anxiety it balanced the anxiety and healed the body significantly faster than it should have and just in time because the toxicity people in my life were ready to start a new level of trauma by creating a gang stalking scenario that was relentless and your work has been attributed to my recovery. Thank you for these videos. I was able to survive gang stalking with minimal amounts of anxiety.

This is so hard especially when you need immediate help and relief right now. Being told it takes time is really painful. One thing that really helped me was Tramadol and I wish I could still get it because I remember some doctors use to prescribe it to certian people with TRD because it works INSTANTLY but I'm familiar with Auvelity a new antidepressant with instant relief and I'm going to ask my doctor about it when I go see her next Thursday.

I have a question I don’t visualize well , I just started practicing trying to picture my hand. I deal with being super tired , brain fog, anxiety and ruminating thoughts and loss of ambition . I injured my self years ago and developed so many injuries it took a toll . I can move around and I work as a nurse 3 12 hour shifts a week but towards the end of my shift I’m comatose and on my days off I sleep alot . I can’t handle any stress and it’s caused hormonal changes . I know a lot about neuro plasticity / is it possibly to skip that part and jump right into the brain retraining .
@re_origin18 күн бұрын
Thank you for sharing-what you’re going through sounds incredibly challenging. The good news is brain retraining doesn’t require visualization alone. There are other ways to engage neuroplasticity, like affirmations, movement, or shifting focus through simple exercises. Start small and go at your own pace-progress is absolutely possible with consistency and self-compassion. The re-origin program is delivered in bite-sized increments and very flexible so you can integrate it into your daily life. Let us know how we can support you!

My continuous search for HELP! I had an unexpected life altering traumatic event happened to me. Not able to handle it. I've gotten horrible depression, anxiety, Anhedonia, stress and insomnia, and completely lost all will to live, or even go on. I need immediate help! Can anyone help me? I have no hope, no will. 🙏🤢

Hi, I'm sorry to hear this. I understand the hopelessness you may be feeling. It can be dealt with though and knowing what you are going through is the first step. Try finding an art therapist or music therapist who can help you heal while combining that with other resources such as the ones mentioned in this channel and doing conscious bodily exercises like Tai Chi or Yoga. Do know that we humans have a resilient nature and that force within you is helping you look for help and find a way. I wish you much luck and healing! ❤

@villani16 Thank you so much! For caring about me. My constant negative thoughts, and unhappiness continue to hurt me,.. and the Anhedonia is crippling. I have reached out to psychologist,... he mentioned re framing, and CBT, would help. I believe if I could just STOP thinking and talking and feeling so much negative, .... and somehow change them,... repeat them,.. and pray,... maybe I might get a glimpse of hope.!!! I know I don't like living like this, with guilt and self loafing. If I can just change my thinking somehow. I've repeated to much negativity for way to long. T.Y. for recognizing hope in me. 🙏

@@klanderkalOf course you can change the way you think! It takes constant repetition though. And is a lot of work! But it can be done, believe me. Stop engaging with negative thoughts, take your attention away from them. Refocus the attention to positive thoughts. You need to really work on this& do it daily for it to work

@chanici Thank you so much for caring, and giving great advice. Yes,... it is extremely hard to Stop the ruminating. And to change my negative, dreadful mindset is seemingly impossible. I'm so stuck in guilt, fear, insecure, apathy, dread , etc.... its made it not be possible for happiness. This depression and anxiety and insomnia..... came into play... that makes living horrifying. So to just 1st be able to let go,... that my job, and b4 lifestyle is over .. I still have these illnesses that keep me in turmoil. Your advice is exactly!! What needs to be done.!! to ever get better.! T.Y.🙏 .... my memories of my great life, working past. Constantly tortures me... how I just want it back.💔

You need to talk to people. Constantly, but not about the things the are causing the depression all the time. Increase your daily social interaction as much as possible. Go among people. Interact, even if it feels hard to do.

Hi, really interested in your video’s but encounter the same problem, music together with your voice makes it really hard to focus, as a musician I know there are a few easy fixes, it looks like you have good video editing program, tip 1, make sure your voice is not blending with the music, don’t set it on the same volume but lower the volume of the music.tip 2 look for less rhythmical music. Tip 3 is a bit more technical but doable perhaps there is an equalizer/filter on that program and be sure the frequency of the music and your voice is not overlapping by for example your voice is mostly is in the low midrange so turn the midrange of equalizer of the music track down in that range (voice eq midrange a tiny bit up and frequencies no longer collide, Hope I was detailed enough for you to figure it out, otherwise just ask me

@@lisawhitehall1870 How do you get people to support you? You have to support them. It's a give and take. You have to be nice, or nobody will be nice to you. You have to learn to be considerate. You keep people who respond positively to that and you remove people from your interactions who do not. Over time you will have a circle of reliable human contacts.
