Challenge Idea: Now this may take away (on your part), but find the best player at every position, then put them at their WORST position. And if there’s a situation when there are multiple players at an single position, you can put them where you think they’ll be the worst. (Of course everybody worst position is punter/ kicker) so put them at positions that are not punter kicker fullback long snapper punt returner kick returner

You should have had a 4-3 to get your best players on the field, and QBs don't disproportionately impact team overalls, but they do disproportionately impact wins. Your best players were in positions that don't bring you wins.
